Appartement cosy vue mer au premier étage à proximité du port de pêche de la Cotinière se composant d’une pièce de vie lumineuse donnant sur un balcon couvert vue mer, d’un coin cuisine entièrement équipé, coin nuit avec deux couchages (140), tv écran plat, d’une salle d’eau avec douche cabine, d’un WC indépendant. A l’étage mezzanine avec deux couchages (90), tv écran plat. Emplacement de parking attitré dans la résidence.

Le plus de cette location à la mer : Une vue imprenable sur l’Océan Atlantique, accès WIFI gratuit( fibre), proximité plage, pistes cyclables et commerces, parking gratuit dans la résidence.

Ménage inclus.

Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur l’agence D’Oléron (quartier Saint Pierre).

Agréable séjour !

Appartement propre,calme,très bien agencé, fonctionnel avec vue sur l’océan. Décoration, bibelots, vaisselle évoquent la faune et la flore marine, c’est magnifique ! Appartement proche à pied des commerces et restaurants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. À recommander !
