I can’t say enough about this property, I’d stayed in past and loved all the upgrades. It’s clean, comfortable, has everything you need and more, and is the perfect spot close to every food option and the beach. The complex is beautiful, heated pool and hot tub, Michelle the host was beyond helpful and always responded quickly.So much to do, we went to Mott Aquarium. Stay here you won’t regret it!

It is the best time I either have!!! This is second time we staying here and we have a blast. The owner of this unit is the best and very accommodating and keeping everything as easier as possible!!! The unit is very close to the beach that we could go back in forth to eat lunch or have ice cream to cool down. The facility is very safe and secured. Thank you so much for the wonderful time we spend!!!

Beach vacation

This is a great place to spend some quality time with the family in a quiet yet centric place close to shopping centers and main attractions. This is the 2nd year in a row and will definitely be back again.

Wonderful stay

Michelle was wonderful. She accommodated us with an early check in and was available with suggestions or to answer questions. The condo was amazing and had any kitchen gadget you could need. She also had water in the fridge ready for us upon arrival. It was a great location and my family had an amazing time.

My Experience

The property was great and had everything needed. The only drawback for me was the stairs. They are steep and I did find this a bit difficult as I have hip issues. The description did say that there were stairs but I did not realize they would be so steep. Overall the location was great and Michelle the owner was amazing. Great vacation. Ten out of Ten Thank you

Family vacation

We initially booked for Thanksgiving week of 2024 to visit my parents. Due to Hurricanes, my parents canceled their trip. The owner allowed us to reschedule for the first week of June. She was very easy to work with, and the condo was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and the grills were close to unit. There was a closet full of everything we needed for the beach. Several coolers, umbrellas, and a cart for easy transport. Not a far walk to the beach, and the pool was even closer. We thought there was a balcony based on the photos, but its actually part of the living space. We would definitely come back!

Siesta Dunes Beach Week

Great location on Siesta Key. Easy walk out to soft white sand beach. Good size condo with large eating area and family room, as well as a sunroom. Lots of small touches that made it homey - beach towels, beach equipment, hand soap in the kitchen and baths. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates and silverware. Washer/dryer in unit. Well maintained and clean place to stay. Host was very responsive and helpful with suggestions on local spots to eat. Check in was super easy. Gated community. Pool, hot tub, several gas grills. Friendly neighbors. We really enjoyed our week!

Best place to be in Jan-Mar. Perfect location to everything. Property is very well maintained, and the staff is exceptional. Absolutely a beautiful Paradise.

Perfect getaway

Michelle's condo at Siesta Dunes was delightful. Bright and airy. Comfortable furnishings. Plenty of drawer space and lots of hangers in the closet!! Brand new washer and dryer. Also a bonus that access to outside storage is given, with several beach chairs, assorted toys and even a couple of coolers. Michelle was super easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. The electronic lock was easy to work and so nice not to have to keep track of keys. Siesta Dunes is a wonderful property with lovely pool and the most amazing beach side deck. Sunset is an evening event with folks either gathering on the deck or beach with cocktails to enjoy the end of the day. Several grills on the property if you want to cook out. Would rent from Michelle again!

Wonderful

Very nice and spacious condo. Everything in condo you will need to enjoy your stay. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the condo. The sunsets are just stunning. Michelle the host is just awesome. Very nice and caring person. I will definitely be back hopefully next year!!! Thank you so much Michelle!!!
