This is a great property! The condo, and the property grounds are well maintained. The location is fantastic, close to the airport and other near by beaches. Conveniently, the condo has items like coolers and beach chairs for use.

Great vacation spot

Even better than advertised. Easy beach access/plenty of lounge chairs available. Nicely updated condo with terrific amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Balcony had spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets. We will definitely be back!

I’ve stayed in this unit multiple times and look forward to future visits. This unit is always very clean and well appointed. Location is central to everything. Outside is well maintained and steps from long walks on Sugar beach.

Outstanding stay!

Every bit as good as we had hoped. We didn't have to reach out to anyone because everything worked as expected, beach gear and towels on hand were great, porch was fantastic, outdoor space and pool were an awesome addition to the beach, kitchen was fully stocked.... If we make it back to Maui, we'll look to stay here again. Thank you!

Very nice condo and property

The condo is comfortable with a nice view from the lanai. Everything we needed was provided. This is a well cared for property where most guests are repeat customers of many years. All personnel at the management company were efficient in every way and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately the ocean along this shore was brown during our stay so not suitable for swimming.

Quiet and peaceful

The location of this condo is wonderful. We had the water heater go out and the staff was in fairly good communication of what they were doing and when it would be fixed. We were out of hot water for only 36 hours (pretty good for Maui's chill attitude). The view is great. Mahola

Excellent property, location and view

The property was perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals in (except the food itself). The starter supplies were ample for our entire week.. The location was convenient for all of our adventures. The view was amazing and we spent every morning and evening on the balcony. It was so great we didn't want to leave. Made many lifetime memories with family. We will be back! Mahalo!

Perfect in Every Way

We loved everything about this condo! It had everything we needed. We loved how it was center of everything we wanted to do in Maui and right on the beach. There was an event space next door where they had live music and different events. It was fun to have the music, but it also ended at a decent hour as to not keep everyone up all night with a party. The sunrise and sunsets were incredible! It was close to a fresh market, stores and a bakery. We rented a car so it would be easy to go wherever we wanted. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous stay

We have a fabulous time staying at Nani Hale Kai in Maui. Property is as the pictures show with a stunning view of the beach from the balcony. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach from the bedroom. Kitchen has all amenities for cooking. Washer and dryer is great and they even leave laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Only thing that was not as expected was the second bathroom had a sign to not use the shower as the floor of the shower was leaking. Hopefully, it gets fixed soon. It wasn’t an inconvenience for us since there was only 2 of us but with a larger group it could be inconvenient. Maui is beautiful and we had a great time here. Aloha

Beautiful tropical paradise

Very well appointed unit. Tons of natural lights and ocean views to see and hear the surf.

Peaceful Beautiful Kehei

The condo was exactly as advertised. Beautifully appointed & equipped. Great views of the Ocean & beach day or night. Community Bar B Qs were clean & great for a grilled dinner. The lawn sandy beach was quintessentially Hawaiian & wonderful to relax & enjoy after a days activity. The shaved ice @ the Sugar Beach just down the st is the best on Maui! Only negative is the check in property manager. They never responded to em or text & had the wrong door code info which caused us to hang around with luggage after a stressful flight until someone showed up & got us in with the correct code. If I owned the place I'd look to replace the property manager. BUT the condo is a 5 for sure!

A Perfect Week In Maui :)

This was hands-down the best rental property I've ever stayed - listing was 100% accurate, and the place was immaculate with all the amenities you could ever want or need :) Plenty of beach to explore only steps away from the condo, friendly neighbors and visitors, ample parking, and quiet evenings where you can only hear the calming sound of waves... it was truly a pleasure to stay here, and plan to come back again soon!! PS - as a perk, right next door there is a quaint event venue where they host small weddings and luaus, and for a few evenings (no music after 10pm though, very respectful) we were serenaded with live acoustic guitar or ukulele on the balcony (lanai)... so peaceful, and when we had trouble booking a luau for our trip, the Luao came to us right next door! We got to enjoy the show from the beach - the fire charmer was amazing!! Just overall, such an amazing experience and stay here :)
