プルメリアの建物にあるユニット231は、居間だけでなく寝室からも、素晴らしい海、島、夕日、山の景色を楽しめます！多くのキヘイのプロパティでは、寝室からの海の眺めを見つけることはありません。ユニットは2階にあり、最も近い1ベッドルームのユニットは水です。目覚めて鳥の音と海の眺め（100ヤード離れたところ）。

このユニットは2018年3月に改装されました。

Home away from home

Great location. Check in was so easy. The place had everything you would need. Well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and a definite beach vibe. Would recommend to my friends!.

Great place to stay

Great location in Kihei, easy access to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores. Comfortable, clean condo. Sue is a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Awesome getaway

The condo was excellent, clean & well stocked.Love the Beach,& the turtles were amazing to watch in the morning just a short walk up the beach from the condo.😊

Nice Location for a Short Honeymoon

Very comfortable second floor location with an ocean view from the lanai. We stayed Friday through Wednesday and really enjoyed the easy "walk to the beach" access without having to cross any roads. It was quiet and we loved that it was just a few blocks north of the main part of Kihei and plenty of eating, shopping, and activities. Everything from church to Mama's Fishhouse to a Luau at the Marriott were easily accessible with a short drive. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Sue’s paradise

This one bedroom apartment is located on the ocean side of the road close to all conveniences in Kihei pool and hot tub were working the whole time. Condo is properly stocked with all kitchen items needed as well as beach chairs, snorkel gear and umbrella for daily trips to the beach. It is on the second floor and the elevators are in the building.

Perfect location and beautiful views. Condo was clean and has everything you need! Pool very nice and well kept. Grocery store, gas, Starbucks, And eating places all nearby. Only about 20 minutes from airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo in Kihei

Our experience at Sue’s condo was excellent! The check-in process was smooth, the condo was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the view was beautiful! Also the location is very central, with shops and beautiful beaches close by. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to Maui.

Amazing getaway Condo in Maui

My wife and I had am amazing time and will definitely be back again to stay at Sue’s condo. We were very pleased with our stay here on Maui and Sue did an amazing job keeping us informed of things to do on the island and recommendations to eat and what beaches we should go to. Definitely a must stay! The unit has everything you need and it’s located right on the water. The sunrises and sunsets were perfect!

Perfect Vacation Spot

My husband and I spent 8 nights in paradise for our 10th wedding anniversary. Sue's place is fabulous and I can't believe the price! We love to cook and were very happy to find a kitchen with everything necessary to cook all of our favorites. You can't beat the location and the ability to walk straight out to the beach anytime you want. We will definitely be back to Maui and we will definitely stay in Sue's property again.

This was a really nice one-bedroom, one-bath condo on the second floor with a view of the ocean out the sliding glass window and lanai. Perfect spot for viewing sunsets, at least this time of year (January). One can also see part of the top of Haleakala (extinct volcano) from the lanai if it's not too cloudy. The kitchen is well equipped with just about everything one would need. The beach was maybe one hundred yards away from the complex and the walk to the beach was through a nice, grassy area with beautiful palm trees around and a nice view of the northwest mountains. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone wanting to stay on Maui. The unit owner was very nice and pleasant to work with. Thank you!

What a nice surprise!

This is a very clean and quiet condo. The location for us could not have been better. It's close to a very long and uncrowded beach. Restaurants and groceries are a short drive away. The owners were very helpful when we booked and gave us some much appreciated information before we arrived. We will book this condo again if it's available.

Excellent Condo

Sue was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Property was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Few minute drive for snorkeling, surfing and biking needs. Sugar Beach Bakery is awesome. Tony at Maui Sunriders Bike Shop was super great to work with. Mahalo!

Amazing condo!

So enjoyed my stay. Interior of condo so stylish and comfortable. Every possible need anticipated. Condo location and grounds were stellar. Beach, sunset, amenities were great! Great family-oriented place to stay in Maui

Great Condo

The condo is a short walk to the beach, close proximity to many restaurants and beaches. Well layout, well equipped with everything we needed. Fantastic communication with the owner. Paradise In Maui

Had an absolutely perfect vacation stay at Sue’s condo in Kihei! Great convenient location on the south side of Maui with beautiful walkable beaches, crystal clear water and stunning sunsets. We played tennis, biked, ran and swam every day. Fully stocked kitchen was perfect for dining in and saving lots of money. Supermarkets only a mile away. Bed was very comfortable and the condo was super quiet at night. We highly recommend!

Best Vacation Ever!

My husband and I spent our 30th wedding anniversary at Sue's condo and I have to say it was the best vacation we have ever had. The condo was PERFECT; it was very comfortable, clean, super quiet, great views, very peaceful and had all sorts of extras (beach chairs, cooler, beach towels & much more). It also includes a complete kitchen with anything you may need to cook at the condo. We used the BBQ's outside and they worked great! There is so much to do and see in Maui and Sue's condo was in the perfect location. We have already booked for 2018. We plan on being repeat renters for many years to come.
