Beachfront two bedroom condominium with spectacular views

This condo is located in tower 4 on the 12th floor of a 19 story tower in the gated South Seas complex of Marco Island, Florida. The condo rents on a Saturday to Saturday basis.

This property features captivating views that will make you fall in love with the location. Just look at the pictures we've provided! You'll be able to fully relax during your stay with all the local fare and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped, so if you prefer to stay in and whip up your own delicious meal, you'll have what you need.

This condo has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size mattress, and the other bedroom has a queen size mattress. Both bedrooms and the living room provide a spectacular view of the beach and surrounding area.

There is a large private lanai (balcony) so you can rest, drink your morning coffee and take in the serenity of the scene before you. When you're ready, a quick walk will get you to the beach so you can relax in the sun. There is also a community pool you can enjoy. Beach towels are provided for your use.

There are two bathrooms, each with a tub and shower. There is also a common area on the same floor of this condo where you can find a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Wonderful!

Excellent view of the sunset from the balcony or take the elevator down to watch the sunset from the endless beach. Condo was clean and stocked with everything you could ever need. Owner's were easy to work with and provided excellent communication.

Beautiful and fun!

We had a great week! The condo is beautiful, clean and has an amazing view from the balcony. The grounds are gorgeous and we had a lot of fun playing pickle ball. The courts are perfect and the residents are super friendly.

Beautiful Tranquility

The Condo is beautifully decorated and both bedrooms and living room have a connecting balcony to relax and take in the gorgeous views of Tiger Tail Beach and the Gulf with its spectacular Sunsets! John is so nice and check in was very easy, loved swimming in the pool and walking miles along the beach!

Two weeks of sunshine!

This property was exactly as pictured and described. Unit was first door out of the elevator and only a few steps from the laundry room. Perfect! Also, another perk of the unit is a extra set of keys. If you have stayed at South Seas you know what a huge convenience that is.

Great place

Everything you need is there. The owners are over the top accommodating. It was so nice to have everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach. We had beach chairs, towels, wagon and a cooler. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay as a family over Christmas. We traveled with children and the owner was kind enough to provide a Christmas tree. The condo is clean and has the essentials needed. Tiger-tail beach is beautiful and the condo comes with a cart/cooler to help get the essentials down to the beach. Doreens Cup Of Joe is a must try. The restaurant is walking distance from the condo along with a few others. The island is small and easy to navigate for those who have never been.

The owner was fantastic to work with. Called me a week before stay to go over everything at length. Property was beautiful. Could have spent all week collecting shells off beach. Loved our week here!

Great Marco Island getaway

Excellent property. Clean, very comfortable beds, and spectacular sunset views from the balcony. John and his team do a wonderful job with the rental process and are very helpful to any need you might have. Pool is wonderful and was never so crowded we couldn't find a chair. If you are not familiar with the Marco Island stretch of beach, this property is on the north "quiet" side of the beach, just off of Tigertail Beach. It is a pretty good walk (5 mins or so) to actually get to the ocean and does not include beach chairs / umbrella set up for you like some of the properties on the south side of the beach. But like I said, it's much more quiet and less crowded than that area, which we preferred. Overall, great value. We would definitely rent again.
