This place is perfect! Cozy for sure, and tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture! The bed is one of the best I've experienced in a rental. The views are awesome, and having two balconies is extra special. Watching the sun rise over Marco is very pretty, and sunset is partially visible from the wraparound balcony.It's fully stocked with everything you need for your beach vacation.

Great place to stay!

We had a fantastic time here! The owner was very easy to text and communicate with, making the experience even better. Overall, it was a great time and experience. My girls had a blast looking for shells and sand dollars!

The views from any point, excellent.The flat is very pleasant, it has everything you will need, from scissor to tape, coffee, pots and pans, don't bother buying water bottles, the fridge has a dispenser. Umbrella and beach chairs available so no need to buy or bring with you any of that. The instructions may be complex just reading it but as soon as you get there everything is understandable and the people in the office which the location it's explained in the instructions are gonna be super helpful.Excellent experience.

Clean, pictures are as shown in terms of size/furnishings. Had a great stay, very clear instructions to access unit. Owner was responsive to questions and very accommodating. Enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely Views

Lovely bright condo with everything we needed for a relaxing stay including beach chairs and toys. Enjoyed the sun rise views as much as the sunsets during our February visit. Lots of room for occasional visits from family and friends but beware the additional parking fee for overnight guests. Very responsive owner.

Clean spacious rental, perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Marco Island. The check in process was easy and the property owner responded to questions quickly prior to check in and during our stay. The condo is well-kept and clean. Kitchen had the supplies we needed, though we didn't cook much other than breakfast. The grounds and the pool area are well kept. The beach is beautiful but huge! It's .4 miles from the complex gate to the ocean, so good footwear is a must! There are tons of shells, especially toward Tigertail Beach.There are plenty of great local restaurants - some of our favorites were Snooks, Island Gypsy, Joey's Pizza and Pasta, and Stan's. We booked a dolphin and seashell tour through Marco Island Motorsports and enjoyed our ride. The guide provided some really valuable historical and environmental information.I'd highly recommend this rental!

Fun family spring break

Condo was fully stocked with necessities, even had a closet full of beach chairs, wagon, toys, and a cooler. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, but we did not mind the exercise. We spent more time at the beach rather than the pool. We chose to avoid the security guard that we saw at the pool most days. If you were a young woman in a bikini, you could cannon ball in the pool but he was much stricter with little kids who weren't splashing. It was a shame because everyone else (assuming residents as well) were really friendly and nice. It's disappointing that he "patrolled" the way he did but we wanted to be at the beach regardless. So many shells on the beach. The deck at the condo was lovely. Comfy seating and beds. Laundry was easy to use. Covered parking was great. Very memorable family trip and would love to come back. Vanessa was very responsive and a superb host.

Clean, comfortable,convenient

This corner unit is bright and airy with lovely views and wraparound balcony. Everything we needed was there; the only addition I could suggest would be a table for eating out on the balcony. Very clean. Information sheet left on fridge stated one towel per guest per stay or an excessive laundry charge would be added. I prefer to change my towels more frequently, so had to launder the towels during my stay. Not a problem since I always wash my dirty clothes before returning home anyway. Laundry room is conveniently located. We enjoyed walking on the beach. Most restaurants and shops are a car or bike ride away, although we walked to breakfast at Doreen’s several times. We would definitely stay again.

The host was very helpful and was quick to respond to any question we had. There are some renovations and repairs to be done in the condo, the master bedroom with its king bed is very good, the living room and its sofa are very good also the dining room is ok. the bathrooms are small but functional but the showers in the master bedroom need to be refreshed. The balcony has a very good view of the beach which is very pleasant. There are some drawers in the kitchen that need to be repaired quickly, I was afraid when I opened them that it would break completely, the kitchen sink strainer would need to be changed because it is stuck, I would have liked to be able to clean the glass ceramic of the stove but there was no cooktop cleaner like "cerama bryte" . The trolley for the beach is not functional because one wheel is broken. We are required to wash the towels but there is no washer dryer in the condo, you have to buy a card or a cell phone application to be able to access these devices. Overall it's okay but with some repair it would be perfect.

On the beach sort of

Spacious end unit on the 11th floor with beautiful sunset and sunrise views. Long walk from the building to the water. AC unit super loud. Updated appliances and everything you will need for a pleasant stay. Marco Island is a great getaway place but a 1/2 hour ride plus to get to anywhere off the island.

So cozy!

We loved it here! It fit our family of 6 perfectly. The only thing I would say is the master bed and pillows were hard as a rock. We ended up sleeping on the couch. But other than that the view and place were beautiful and perfect location !
