The bright walls, intricate tile floors, and cabana-inspired furniture throughout this condo will put you in the mood for visiting the beach! One breakfast out on the furnished patio with a stellar view of the Gulfside beach and you'll be in full Florida mode. But the views are also great from the living room, thanks to the connected design of the condo. The full kitchen may quickly become a hotspot during your stay - the breakfast bar has enough seating for three, so you'll be able to eat a quick breakfast if you're eager to get out to the beach. There's enough full size appliances (and plenty of small ones like a mixer and toaster) for you to cook up any project that inspires you during your stay. It's not just spacious in the kitchen - the main bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a lovely en suite bathroom with a standalone shower, double sinks, and a soaking tub. A twin-over-twin bunk bed is built into the hallway so that guests are connected to the action but the entryway stays clutter-free. But no matter where you're sleeping, all guests can enjoy access to the shared beachside pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and outdoor gas grill during their stay. Of course, you'll also have direct access to the beach!

Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants four miles away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf to guests brave enough to hop on. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just half a mile from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals two-and-a-half miles from this condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
