Okay

The ocean and outside amenities are nice and overall very clean and up kept. The inside however needs a lot of work. The pillows were very dirty, the door handle was broken to the bathroom and the doors to one of the bedrooms would not lock. There were no lights in the dining area. The washer and dryer worked amazing though!! There are wayyy too many people and not enough elevators to accommodate them. And on top of that the elevators broke frequently and we had to wait at least 40 minutes to squeeze in. Also we were told in an email that parking would be one price but when we got to the facility it was higher.

Beach Vacation

The condo was as expected with a gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony. Couldn’t have asked for a better space for my family to stay, spacious and plenty of room for everyone.

Happy beach days

It was great location and plenty of space for a family of 8. The only problem was parking in the garage. It was at it’s maximum capacity when we got back from dinner

We had an amazing stay despite a hiccup with beach chairs. The facility did correct the situation. I would definitely return here again. Condo was clean and great location. Our entire family had a blast

Family vacation

The unit was very clean and comfortable ! Disappointed with balcony furniture , only having 2 chairs was just not enough for us to all sit out there , which we love to do on vacation ! Only had a parking spot one day while there so parking was a long walk with little kids , and paying what we did for parking we had hoped we would have a spot

Slice of heaven

Absolutely my favorite place on earth! Beautiful beach and water. The resort is clean and updated. I wish we could have gotten into the room earlier because we got into town early and went down to the beach.

The condo was clean and in a fantastic location. We did have to buy quite a few items for cooking our meals as there weren't a lot of cooking utensils but overall everything was good.

Beautiful!

My family and I enjoyed every second of this trip! Beautiful home with an amazing view to the ocean. Morning sunrise and evening sunset were a blessing to see! We drove from Kansas to PCB and will continue to do so as many times s as we can in the years to come to this same spot hopefully! Facilities and staff were also great!

Birthday Trip for Daughter

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the property. The best part is that you are right on the beach. This was a very important factor for us since we were taking our daughter and her two friends to the beach for a sweet sixteen. The property was somewhat smaller in person than it appeared in the pictures but overall we were fine.

Great value!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked with linen. I especially loved the pillow options. There were pillows on the bed and additional pillows in the closet to suit just about anyone. There were bamboo pillows, feather pillows, and average pillows. We were so thankful since we left our at home. I do wish there were more plastic general utensils for the nonstick cookware. I would definitely get rid of the metal spatula to save the cookware. The facility was very clean and all staff were very pleasant.

Very Nice Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the building Set up. It was off season so didn’t have to deal with elevator waits and such. Only negative was a drainpipe from under the road drained blacked as night water into the Gulf which got worse as the month went - it started traveling down the beach and actually made a huge black water ditch which couldn’t be crossed without walking through it. All the beach goers and beach sitters really took offense to it.
