The host was very helpful and offered advice and support via text on a regular basis. The apartment and its location were exceptional. We had everything we needed and the apartment was spotlessly clean.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. In erster Reihe direkt am Meer mit wunderschönen Meeresblick. Wer ohne Auto kommt, kann auch sehr gut mit der Bahn anreisen. Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Für den Autofahrer gibt es auch eine Garage. Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Es ist alles da was man braucht und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.

Over all a pleasant stay

We are a family of four and our stay was very pleasant. The holiday home is very good equipped with everything you need. It's under one minute to the pebble beach.The bedrooms are on the other side of the flat, away from the street, which is hearable in the kitchen and living room. Sometimes there is huge traffic.We liked the overall charme of the building from the area it was build.The parking space is a lockable garage in the cellar.We will surely keep it in mind for another holiday.

Simplement magnifique !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. L’apartement était incroyable : spacieux, propre, bien aménagé, avec une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle. Avec la gare ferroviare à moins de 5 minutes à pied, nous avons pu facilement visiter les villes à proximité. Catherine est une hôtesse fantastique. Elle a communiqué avec nous avant notre départ pour nous confirmer toutes les procédures d’arrivée et a pris le temps de répondre à nos questions. Nous avons eu l’impression d’avoir une amie en France qui pouvait nous aider à bien planifier notre voyage. Elle s’est également donnée la peine de s’assured que tout allait bien lors de notre séjour. Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve chez Catherine ! Notre seule regret est que nous avons dû rentrer à la maison. Merci pour tout !

excellent in every respect

Catherine our host was very helpful. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a well maintained and secure building across from the beach facing Eastwards. 5 minutes from the Carnoles station, 30 minutes walk into Menton. The village of Carnoles has an excellent Ustore for grocery shopping, several bakeries, cafes, butchers, etc. There is a small bakers just around the corner. The apartment is tastefully appointed and equiped with everything one needs for a comfortable self catering stay. Bed Linens and towels are not included but can be rented from Catherine. I would recommend it for a couple and 2 children as the 2nd bedroom is small with 2 single beds. We plan to return again next March for another 4 week stay.

Fête du Citron à Menton

L'appartement est idéalement situé à 1,5km de Menton et à 5mn à pied de la gare de Roquebrune. Parfait pour laisser la voiture au garage et visiter les environs à pied ou en train. Commerces et restaurants à proximité, tout pour passer un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement cette location

Wunderschöne Location

Wir waren als Familie mit unseren zwei Töchtern (19 und 16 Jahre) für eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage war absolut perfekt, der Blick auf das Meer und den Strand war einfach herrlich. Außerdem gab es einen zweiten Balkon nach hinten heraus, wo die Strandsachen trocken konnten. Hervorheben muss man die absolute Sauberkeit der Wohnung!!! Außerdem waren alle Dinge in der Wohnung, die man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Catherine war immer sehr schnell und herzlich. Die Garage für das Auto ebenfalls perfekt. Die Zuganbindung zu Monaco und Menton klasse. Lediglich wünschenswert wäre es, wenn Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden wären oder ausgliehen werden könnten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!! Es war wunderbar.

Très beau séjour

Appartement très propre et idéalement placé. Situé entre la plage et la gare. Terrasse avec vue sur la mer et l'animation de la rue. Les chambres sont calmes. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Catherine, la propriétaire est vraiment agréable et sympathique. Je mets 6 étoiles sur 5 !

Prima Lage, toller Blick aufs Meer…

Sehr gute Lage! Mit der Bahn ist man in 10 Minuten in Monaco und läuft gerade mal 5 Minuten zur Bahnstation. Küstenwanderweg direkt vor der Haustüre. Außerordentlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Wunderbar

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern zwei wunderbare Wochen in dieser charmanten und ideal gelegenen Wohnung verlebt, die alles bietet, was man sich nur wünschen kann: Eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, den herrlichen Blick vom Balkon, auf dem wir viele Stunden verbracht haben, direkte Strandlage (sehr praktisch mit Kindern), ruhige und sogar klimatisierte Schlafzimmer nach hinten, eine bestens ausgestattete Küche, ein eigener Parkplatz - wir wären gern noch viel länger geblieben!

un excellent séjour...

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans l'appartement de Catherine. Il dispose d'une vue magnifique et il est parfaitement équipé. L'immeuble, très bien situé, permet de se rendre à Menton à pied, ou à Monaco, par le train, la gare étant toute proche, sans tracas de stationnement. Je recommande....

Appartement très bien placé et très agréable

L'appartement qui se situe en front de mer jouit d'une belle vue du cap Martin à Bordighera. En avril, l'avenue est un peu passante mais les chambres qui donnent sur l 'arrière sont au calme. L'équipement de la cuisine est très complet et la décoration générale est très agréable. Un plus non négligeable la place de parking!

Ferienwohnung cap Martin

Die Wohnung ist absolut schön, bequem und sehr sauber. Die Autos, die man von der Küche und Wohnzimmer sieht stören kaum. Lage ist ideal. Wunderschöner Restaurant Le Piccadily sowie Apotheke, Kiosk und Bäcker sind um die Ecke. Die Wohnung hat alles , was man braucht. Einen Punktabzug gibt es für die teure Bettwäschemiete und ziemlich merkwürdige übergroße Bettdecken.

Bel appartement et quelle vue !

L'appartement est situé en front de mer, les photos ne sont pas trompeuses, elles représentent bien la vue magnifique, qui change en fonction de l'heure et du temps. La terrasse est plutôt grande pour un appartement : Elle peut accueillir 6 personnes sans problème à table. La route qui sépare l'immeuble de la plage est très passante et bruyante mais les chambres se trouvent côté cours, elles sont incroyablement calmes. Le logement est bien équipé, tout fonctionne. L'accueil est parfait : petits présents à l'arrivée (confiture, savon, limoncello), Catherine est très réactive à toute demande, même tard le soir. En 2 mots : Je recommande.

Traumblick in erster Reihe

Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung mit tollem Balkon und Meerblick. Sowohl von Küche, als auch Wohnzimmer aus Zugang auf diesen Balkon mit großen Fenstern! Also Meerblick vom Esstisch aus. Nach hinten raus sehr ruhig die beiden Schlafzimmer und ein großer Balkon mit Bergblick, aber auch auf die umliegenden Wohnhäuser. Gute Betten und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Bäcker, Apotheke und kleiner Lebensmittelladen im Haus um die Ecke. Cafés und Restaurants nicht weit. Cap Martin ist fussläufig erreichbar, also ideal zum Spazierengehen. Alles sehr sauber. Freundliche wohnliche Atmosphäre im ganzen Haus; die Concierge ist sehr liebenswürdig und immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnungseigentümerin reagiert zügig und freundlichst auf alle Fragen. Merci Catherine!

wir habe unser Aufenthalt einfach genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Praktisch fand ich die Garage. Keine Parkplatzsuche! Direkt vor der Tür Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. jeden Morgen frische Croissants und Sonnenaufgang. Herrlich!
