Large family house, in Soustons in the Landes (40). Close to the lake and cycle paths, 15 minutes from the Landes beaches. Away from the hustle and bustle, the house is nestled in a green setting, the luckiest will be able to visit pheasants or roe deer. It is close to all amenities, 3 minutes from the center of Soustons and the shops, 7 minutes from the Leclerc center.

The house is large, nice and easy to live in.

Facing south-east, with a large table for outdoor dining and another large table inside.
Two terraces in front and at the back of the house for breakfast or aperitif, You can set up garden tables and armchairs.

The house is ideal for spending good family or friend moments. It is not suitable for a group of young people alone.

Neither TV nor Wifi.

The beds are equipped with mattress pads, duvets and pillows, household linen and towels are not provided. You can rent them at the dry cleaner in the centre of Soustons 8 days in advance. Contact details on request.

2 cots and 1 high chair can be provided free of charge.

Cleaning package to be expected.

Pets cannot be allowed in this property.

5 minutes from the lake, it is possible to rent a catamaran at the sailing club or to take nice walks on the shores, 3 minutes by bike from the cycle paths. The Landes beaches where waves, surfing and swimming await you are 15 minutes away by car, (surf lessons on reservation in the various clubs).
You are very close to the Pinsolle golf course, 20 kms from Hossegor and Dax, Bayonne and the Basque Country are 40 minutes away and the Spanish border of San Sebastian is only 100 kms away.
Bike rental in Soustons and/or possibility to book in advance on the tourist office website. Canoe and kayak rentals for autonomous walks on the marine lake of Vieux Boucau, or descent of the Soustons current among others...
