The entire unit is was recently remodeled. It has all new appliances, TV, AC, Kitchen, furniture, blankets, pillows, etc. This unit was professionally decorated. Park Shore Resort is a one-of-a-kind destination with 13 acres of waterways and a 5 minute drive to the beach. The resort offers free Wi-Fi inside and outside the units. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access, racquetball, new pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa, and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property.
Conveniently located in walking distance to grocery, restaurant and shopping. Within a mile are some of Naples most beautiful beaches. Our resort is also located near Venetian Village, golf, world-class shopping, Naples Pier, and the Naples Performing Arts Center.
The development charges a one time $100 "property fee" that fee goes directly to the association. We are required to collect it upon booking. This is a ONE TIME per reservation not per person and not per day. The $100 fee covers your entire stay.

Great location and very nice complex. Very clean. Nice to have the king size bed and bunkbeds together in one room for kids.

Property was very nice. It was close to everything. We loved sitting on the patio looking at the large pond where we saw turtles, fish and even an iguana.

Great property. Very clean and comfortable. Owners made sure you have everything you need for a great stay. Close to restaurants beach and numerous golf courses.

Enjoyed our stay!
We had a great time staying at Park Shores Resort. Our host Diana was extremely accommodating and very responsive. The condo was newly renovated, clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with nearly everything we needed during our trip. Our kids really enjoyed the pool, and we had a great time playing pickleball as a family. We also really enjoyed eating at Hogfish Harry's on site. Everyone at the resort was very friendly. The location is great, within close distance to several beaches, restaurants, and nice neighborhoods. We would highly recommend booking a stay at Park Shores Resort.

Easy and central to Naples
My super senior dad and wife and I stayed at this condo. The location was close to 5th Ave restaurants and shopping. Close to the other mall where we all got B12 vitamin shots to keep us healthy and give us a boost of energy to have fun in Naples. The place was clean and had everything we needed and had a cool, comfy decor. It was cold so we didn't get to use the pool or patio while we were there. We will stay again next time.

We are a Christian family of four. We have two girls ages 16 and 18 that have pretty much grown up on the ocean. Our girls love to fish, snorkel and swim. They play tennis, catch fish, cut up bloody bait and throw cast nets better than most fisherman. We are blessed to have a large extended family. Our Saturday traditions include waking up early, catching bait fish, snorkeling and later catching big fish. The girls come back to the pool o for a swim while the men wash the boat and clean the fish. We have an evening of cooking and beautiful family time around the table as we enjoy our incredible catch of the day. Did I mention our girls are also incredible chefs?????? God has truly blessed us!!!!

Although our girls grew up in the Florida Keys we always longed for our vacation on the West Coast. The beaches are the most beautiful beaches in all of Florida. The sunsets still take our breath away. There are 5 reasons why we decided to buy in Naples. The amazing beaches, it is the Golf Capital of the world, the outstanding cuisine and upscale restaurants, Outdoor adventures and Luxury shopping.
