We had a fantastic time staying at this condo. The short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants was ideal and it still had a quite/private feel off 5th ave. Very clean and nice.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay here. The short, lovely walks to the beach and the 5th Ave shopping/dining district were so convenient, the beds were comfortable, and the unit was equipped with everything we needed. The host was very attentive and made everything so easy.

Great location

Property was cute, clean and very well located. A block from the beach, on 5th avenue and a very doable walk to 2nd and 3rd ave restaurants and shops. Easy booking and check in. Small blip with hot water and the owner responded immediately.

Close to the beach but also all the restaurants

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. The building is quiet and is close to the beach but also a short walk to the Naples restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere and loved going to the coffee shop Brick which is a few blocks away. Everything is new and bright and clean in the condo.

Fantastic Property

The space is awesome and the location is unbelievable! As you walk onto 5th Avenue, to the right you are literally 2 blocks from the beach and to the left a simple short walk to all of the best restaurants and night life. Sarah is a great host and the living accommodations are just as advertised, which is a great, clean and comfortable space. We loved it!

Naples trip

Amazing vacation in Old Naples

We had such a great time in this beach home So close to the beach. Walkable on 5th avenue and to Old Naples 3rd Street. The condo was perfectly clean and comfortable. The full size washer and dryer were a plus. We cannot wait to come back again.

Our favorite place in naples

Just finished our third stay at Sarah’s place. Hopefully this speaks for itself. Zero complaints. It is clean, thoughtfully stocked, comfortable, and in an incredible location. We will keep coming back.

Condo on 5th ave

Ideal place for beach goers, shirley and i were disappointed about the coffee machine,very slow and time consuming to make a couple of coffees, and the fact that there is only one tv,in family room, the host was great always answered my colling or texting her,otherwise very satisfying in the place.

Sarah and Frank have been visiting Naples, Florida together since we first started dating back when we lived in Atlanta, GA & Philadelphia, Pa. When we had our son we knew we wanted a beach home for him in Naples so he would grow to love the area as much as we do. In April of 2014 our family was blessed with the opportunity to move to London, England and we enjoyed six wonderful years living and traveling in Europe. We have now moved back to Naples, Florida and are local owner operators of our Olde Naples beach condo. We are available as needed to assist you with a wonderful beach holiday.

Naples is our 'happy' place, and we know it will become your happy place too!

On our frequent visits we love exploring Olde Naples...eating at the many restaurants, browsing the art galleries and boutiques and ending our day watching the sunset from the beach. Our beach home allows us to do all of this without having to get in the car. Truly a perfect match for us. We hope you enjoy our beach home as much as we do.
