This is the perfect location. You make a left and within one minute you’re at the shops and restaurants you make a right and within one minute you’re on the beach. The house was comfortable and stocked up with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again.

Multiple stays at Sarah’s place says it all. If you are looking for clean, easy, and a great location, this is your place. She has everything you need for the beach. The place is well decorated and stocked. The complex is quiet and friendly. We keep coming back.

The condo as usual felt like “home”!I love blue and white…the decor is just beautiful and cozy. I had everything I needed. Being two blocks to the beach for morning walks and viewing every sunset is amazing. The shopping and dining is all within walking distance. I just love it!!!

We had a fantastic time staying at this condo. The short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants was ideal and it still had a quite/private feel off 5th ave. Very clean and nice.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay here. The short, lovely walks to the beach and the 5th Ave shopping/dining district were so convenient, the beds were comfortable, and the unit was equipped with everything we needed. The host was very attentive and made everything so easy.

It was a perfect location, close to everything that we enjoy; the beach, shops, restaurants, central location, easy access to everyhing. The condo contained everyhing we needed to enjoy the stay and was very clean and comfrotable. We didn't need to purchase anything except essentials. Sarah was very helpful to assist us in getting adjusted. We look forward to returning for another stay in the near future.Matt and Therese

Great location

Property was cute, clean and very well located. A block from the beach, on 5th avenue and a very doable walk to 2nd and 3rd ave restaurants and shops. Easy booking and check in. Small blip with hot water and the owner responded immediately.
