Charming apartment ideally located - Poivre

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a charming early 20th-century house right in the center of the village, just 3 minutes from the beach and the harbor (with a bakery right across the street for fresh croissants 😋).

The apartment is 45 square meters, with 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stovetop, coffee maker), a bathroom with a shower, and free Wi-Fi. A double sofa bed is available in the living room for an extra sleeping spot!

It has been rated 3 stars by the Le Crotoy Tourist Office.

The place is quiet and relaxing, and my grandmother’s furniture will make you feel right at home!

The apartment is not a vacation rental; there is an additional charge for linens (€15 per set of sheets and €5 per person for towels). Of course, you’re welcome to bring your own!
Optional: a €35 cleaning fee for your peace of mind!

Small apartment, great site

Character of property enhanced by decorative touches. Difficult stairs leading from entrance hall especially with cases. It was very hot at night, a fan would have been appreciated as a heatwave was forecast. Access to the host was very easy as she was in her shop below on most days.

Great location and fabulous host

The location of the apartment is fantastic, you can park outside and are a 3 minute walk to the beach and right in the centre so close to restaurants and local shops. The host Isabelle was wonderful and very friendly and responded to any messages quickly and made it very easy to collect the keys. The apartment was very clean and furnished well and had everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. Bearing in mind we were in the centre of Crotoy there was no noise coming from the local shops or restaurants at all so we could sleep with the windows open. All in all a fantastic location, apartment and owner. We lived our visit here and look forward to returning in the future.
