"Mickey's Hideaway Haven: Your Private 4-Bedroom Retreat near Disney!"

Great 4 bed, 3 bath house- close to fun attractions & eating places. Super neighborhood w/ park, walk/biking. Wi-fi & smart TV's. New bedding & linens. Full sized fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We also have amenities such as crock pot, air fryer, Keurig, and more. Enjoy breakfast on Lanai and watch kids swim. Security fence around pool -replace after. Security system in house indicates door opens.
Pool/Spa heat in summer included in rental thru November. Winter months Dec-April extra fee (ask for details)

The space
There are 2 king sized beds, two twin beds and a bunk bed with full size mattress on bottom with twin mattress on top! There are smart TV's in all4 bedrooms, one in the living room, and lastly one in the garage/game room area.

AC works great. The master has a large bath and separate shower, and the other king sized bedroom also has a private bathroom with shower (no tub).

The kids room and other room share a bathroom.

Kitchen has utensils and pans, plates, cups, bowls etc., and two types of coffee makers. Living room has sectional couch and recliner.

Keypad code for the front door will be sent to you on your arrival date. Complete with Wi-fi too. Pool area is screened and fenced around it so very private for your family.

We have a BBQ gas grill for an extra gas and cleaning fee

There is a two car driveway. No Parking on street or on grass!
The washer and dryer are accessible in laundry room off of kitchen.
Other things to note

Heating the lighted pool and spa for night swimming and winter swimming is available. Summer heat is included free. Winter months fee is $25 a day/night (Dec - Apr). The jets are on a timer for an hour at a time and the spa can be heated to 102 degrees- SOOO relaxing for after a long day at Parks! There are two hair blow dryers for guests, one in the master and one in the guest bath, also an iron. We have a couple beach sized towels for the pool, please bring your own to be sure there are enough for larger families. We have some pool toys or bring your favorites too and your snorkel gear. Pool has night lights on a timer by the gate.

Nearby you will find plenty of shopping, fine dining, casual restaurants, and much more. Places to visit include Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios Parks, SeaWorld, Gatorland, Wet n Wild Water Park, Aquatica, Volcano Bay, Blizzard beach, Discovery cove, Disney springs, golf, guided fishing, hiking, picnic areas, and many other attractions are just minutes away.

Beautiful Home

Enjoyable Stay

We were three adults for a stay of 30 days. The home itself is comfortable and well appointed. Two of us were able to work while the third got to lay at the pool. Kitchen had plenty of actually usable chef's tools and pots and pans. The gated community is nice and the clubhouse has lots of items in case you forget them. Homeowner and property management were friendly and responsive.

Quiet gated community close to everything Disney

Great property close to all of the Disney activities. Great neighborhood with easy access to major roads. Excellent choice for families.

Great holiday house

House location was great. Lots of space to relax. Pool area was very enjoyable for our family on rest days from the parks. The home owner and property management was very responsive when needed. We really enjoyed our stay

Great getaway

We stayed for two weeks and were extremely satisfied with the property. A couple of minor issues came up and the property owner was very quick to respond. We certainly would book this property again without hesitation.

Wonderful

Relaxing and well maintained. The sewage stench from down the street here and there is the only bad thing. We enjoyed it very much and appreciated the pool toys already there.

Family Trip

This property was in good proximity to theme parks and pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Condo was nice and comfortable, but lived in. Check-in and out was very easy with detailed instructions on what was required during our stay. The private pool and hot tub was an added bonus.

Absolutely wonderful!!!!

Have been renting Winters for over 10 years. We have always liked Windsor Palms. Have rented several places at this resort. This year we hit the Jackpot. Home was great, clean, well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc. The owners were/are great to work with. All involved with care of this home were wonderful. Will be back again. Thanks for a great stay😊👍

VB tournament home base

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our family of two grandparents, two parents, and two teenagers had plenty of space to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat-in when we wanted a quiet meal. The pool, hot tub, and pool table were great! We shot some baskets at the community courts, but spent most of the time in the house when we weren’t out and entertaining. Shopping malls and food stores were nearby. Very close to Disney!

Wonderful Villa, even better owners!

We enjoyed a fantastic vacation at Diamond Palms Villa. The hot tub and pool were a huge hit after long days at the parks. The high ceilings and 3 full baths make this place so spacious and comfortable. The owners were A DREAM to work with. They answered/ replied to my messages within hours and returned my security deposit the day after we left. We can't wait to return to luxury at this villa for our next vacation! <3

The house was very nice, but not really very clean. Early in our visit we called about the hot tub. It was NOT hot. No one ever came to assist us. Very disappointed.

Great vacation home with heated pool

This home provides all you would need for your home away from home. Toys, full kitchen, baby beds, strollers extra towels and bed sheets anything you might need is at this home. The drive to Disney is about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic which is as close as you can get without staying at the Disney resort itself. The pool was warm and clean. My son enjoyed the pool so much that he preferred to swimming over going to Disney. It was the most comfortable vacation we have ever taken. The owners are great to work with and my refund deposit was returned the next day. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to enjoy a family vacation in comfort and convenience to Disney.

Perfect!!

We have stayed at three VRBO properties this year, this is the first one I felt compelled to review. Location is great, 10-15 minutes from Disney. Less than 20 minutes to Universal and other Orlando attractions. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. The resort the house is in has many entertaining amenities. The house is spotlessly clean, very well decorated and all furniture/appliances are in new condition. The pool and spa are sparkling clean and there was no extra charge for both to be heated. In fact one of the things I appreciated most was that there were no hidden costs, the rate quoted included everything. The owners are the nicest most professional people you could hope to deal with. Always ready to respond to any questions you may have. Game room kept the kids (and me) busy when we were inside. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Refreshments were in the refrigerator for us upon arrival, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Needing more attention to detail

The house is fine and the location is great, but there was a lot of details that were lacking. This is a sampling of things that were not up to par. 3 lightbulbs burnt out in one of the bathrooms. Only 4 rolls of toilet paper in the whole house and that was not near enough for our party of 8 to use for the week. Only 1 tall trash bag for the entire week and the instructions specifically state you must use the tall kitchen bags. (We looked everywhere for more and could not find any) There was about 1/4 of a roll of paper towels and no dish soap at all. The notebook with all the home information stated that the kids beds would have “kid packs” for my children to enjoy as a welcome gift and there were none. The battery to the pool alarm died and we had to buy a battery and replace it because it was chirping non stop. Several of the outlets were so loose that they wouldn’t hold a plug. Overall it was a positive experience just some minor annoyances. I suggest the owners address these with the property management group who maintains the home. My kids loved the video games and the pool. There were lots of toys and dress up things to play with.

Clean, open concept property great for entertaining families.

From the moment I was interested in the property, Nicki had great communication. My family and I spent 8 nights at the property. The house was very clean and sanitized. It had all the amenities you need for a great vacation. The linen was heavily stocked, they had beach towels, towels for the pool, and extra covers stored in the closet. The garage/gameroom was such a great addition for kids and adults to occupy. The pool area was nice and private, it was heated and very clean. The property pool had toys, a grill and a safety screen for the little ones which was great. The sun hit the pool area very nice, there were no obstructing trees or anything of that nature. Nicki was always so prompt and helpful whenever we did need to contact her. The property was located in a gated and quiet community. During our stay, the community fitness room and pool were a great plus whenever were wanted to step out the house. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for family fun vacation. The location was literally 5 minutes from a main street that had so many restaurants and shopping plazas.

Amazing time! The property was perfect for my family of 5 and my sister in law and her family.

We had ample space to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. We never ran out of towels. The pool was perfect for the kids. We didn’t travel much because of COVID but wanted to give the kids some pool time and this place did it for us. Will be booking next year!

Great stay for a family!

The check in process was very easy. Our two children (ages 4 and 8) LOVED the game room and the themed bedrooms. We purposely chose a house with a game room so our children would be comfortable and be thoroughly entertained while indoors. The two King size beds were very comfortable. The Primary suite was huge and nicely appointed along with the rest of the home. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed and more! It was great because we saved money on eating out by cooking here. The convenience of being within delivery distance of Target was perfect because we were able to get grocery items delivered that we did not bring with us. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool and hot tub. Our children loved the pool toys that were available. It was difficult to get them out of it when it was time. lol The best part that helped with my peace of mind was the safety features for the pool like the alarm, high locks, and the screen around the pool. I was able to rest easy knowing our 4 y/o couldn't sneak into the pool without our knowledge. The laundry room was also great especially because we made a day trip to the beach. We were able to return to the house, rinse our beach items, and wash our clothing. It was very thoughtful of the owner to provide detergent for the washing machine and for the dishwasher. If visiting, you should definitely bring your own paper towels and trash bags depending on how long your stay is (we stayed 4 days). You do receive a welcome package from the property for your stay, but the one roll of paper towels and a couple trash bags will not be enough if your family is anything like mine. I would suggest washing any dishes before using them in case the prior vacationer did not thoroughly clean their dishes. I did find food traces in a couple bowls in the cabinet, but nothing a quick wash couldn't handle. I found the entire home to be very clean and that's saying a lot coming from me. Disclaimer: I'm a little OCD so I do a lot of wiping and cleaning no matter where I am. haha We are already looking forward to visiting again because this home was PERFECT for our family's mini-vacay before we all return to the daily grind of the school year!
