10/10 stay! We absolutely loved this property. The home was beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The accommodations were excellent, and we felt very safe and at home throughout our entire visit. The host was attentive, helpful, and very responsive whenever we needed anything. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic experience in Orlando and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

The property was perfect. There was plenty of space for the family (5 adults). The pool even without turning on the heat was still just fine to use in June. Close to shopping and Disney. I would recommend staying here if you have a larger family. The only downside is the parking only holds two compact cars but we made it work.

Mrs. Alvarez was a wonderful host. We were traveling with two special needs young adults. Dulce accommodated us by allowing us into the home a little early which was incredibly helpful due to us flying in early. Due to the unusually cold temperatures, Dulce was kind enough to check on us and ask if we needed additional blankets and brought them to us. The house was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Hampton Lakes was my first investment property, purchased in 2013, and it remains very special to me. I chose this community because of its peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained surroundings, and convenient location near Central Florida's most popular attractions.
Located in Davenport, Florida, Hampton Lakes offers easy access to Walt Disney World, shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and major highways while maintaining a quiet and welcoming neighborhood feel. Over the years, I have enjoyed sharing this home with families and travelers looking for a comfortable place to relax and create lasting memories.
Guests can enjoy community amenities including tennis courts, basketball courts, and playgrounds, while also having the privacy of a spacious home with a private screened pool. Hampton Lakes is an excellent choice for families and vacationers seeking a relaxing Florida getaway.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes my home unique is its spacious layout and two master suites, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom and bathtub, providing extra comfort and privacy for families and groups.
The home offers multiple gathering spaces, including an open kitchen connected to the family room, as well as separate living and dining areas, giving guests plenty of room to relax and spend time together.
The game room, featuring a pool table and air hockey table, provides fun and entertainment for guests of all ages.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private screened pool, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Central Florida's attractions.
