Mrs. Alvarez was a wonderful host. We were traveling with two special needs young adults. Dulce accommodated us by allowing us into the home a little early which was incredibly helpful due to us flying in early. Due to the unusually cold temperatures, Dulce was kind enough to check on us and ask if we needed additional blankets and brought them to us. The house was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was very well maintained, tastefully decorated and very clean. The smartly designed floor plan allowed each of my daughters, my 2 grandchildren as well as my wife and I to have our own bedrooms. The garage/ recreation room with pool table and air hockey was an added bonus. We loved our stay there.

Family vacation

The house and neighborhood were perfect for my family's long needed get away. The owner was very prompt with the check in process and quick to respond to question's. I would definitely look to rent this property again if we get the opportunity.

I own three vacation homes in Florida and one in Santiago, Dominican Republic, each personally decorated and maintained with my guests in mind.
I take great pride in creating comfortable and welcoming spaces where families and friends can relax and make lasting memories. My goal is for every guest to feel at home and enjoy a wonderful stay.

Hampton Lakes was my first investment property, purchased in 2013, and it remains very special to me. I chose this community because of its peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained surroundings, and convenient location near Central Florida's most popular attractions.
Located in Davenport, Florida, Hampton Lakes offers easy access to Walt Disney World, shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and major highways while maintaining a quiet and welcoming neighborhood feel. Over the years, I have enjoyed sharing this home with families and travelers looking for a comfortable place to relax and create lasting memories.
