This fully furnished studio is meticulously equipped to ensure your comfort. Upstairs, you'll discover a snug bed that easily accommodates two people. The living area boasts a comfortable couch, a TV for your entertainment needs, and a dining table with seating for two. The gallery-style kitchen is outfitted with essential appliances and utensils for straightforward meal preparation. It's the ideal choice for couples or solo travelers.
## Neighborhood
The chic Champs-Élysées district is defined by its wide avenue of the same name, which connects the majestic Arc de Triomphe to the busy Place de la Concorde roundabout. It also features high-end boutiques and slick offices, as well as fine dining and more casual take-out restaurants. The district also includes the elegant gardens of the Champs-Élysées and art museums such as the Grand Palais, which offers renowned exhibitions.
## Getting around
Closest Metro Stations:
1. Franklin D. Roosevelt (Line 1,9) - 2 minutes walk
2. Saint-Philippe du Roule (Line 9) - 3 minutes walk
3. Charles de Gaulle-Étoile (Line 1,2,6, RER A) - 10 minutes walk
Closest Railway Stations:
1. Gare de Paris Montparnasse - 3,9 km
2. Gare de l'Est - 5 km
3. Gare du Nord - 4,5 km
Directions from Airports:
Guests can reach the property from both CDG and Orly airports via public transportation (up to a 2-hour ride) or opt for our shuttle service (additional cost).
## Notes
The check-in assistant will meet the guests at the property on the day of their arrival. In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash.

10PM to 12AM - 60€ (upon request)
** Please note that renovation work is currently taking place in the neighboring building, and there may be some construction noise during your stay.
## Apartment for Long-Term Stay (Minimum 30 Days)
Required Documents for Lease Application:
1. Identification: One valid piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall).
2. Proof of Stay Purpose: A document justifying the reason for your stay (e.g., professional, educational, or leisure).
3. Financial Documentation (for stays exceeding 30 nights): Proof of sufficient funds to cover rent, such as:
* Tax declarations, or
* Recent pay slips, or
* Bank account statements.
Deposit:
A damage deposit is required but will not be cashed. This will be handled through our banking partner.
Lease and Inventory Process:
* A Mobility Lease (or civil lease) will be sent to you via email once the required documents are submitted.
* A property inventory will be conducted upon both arrival and departure.
Check-Out Options:
* Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out.
* Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure.
Pet Policy:
* Pets are welcome for a monthly fee of €150 per pet (except for properties where pets are not accepted).
