L'appartement est bien situé, dans le 17e arrondissement. Tout est à proximité, métro, supermarché, boulangerie. L'appartement est propre et dans un emplacement sécuritaire. Cependant, je ne recommande pas de louer cet appartement dans les saisons chaudes. Il n'y a pas de climatisation et très peu de ventilation.
