This unique escape is located in the heart of Sea Pines, conveniently located between Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Beach Club, on the 17th fairway of the Heron Point Golf Course. This spacious, updated home offers a well-equipped chef's kitchen, two dining areas, and comfortable living spaces - plenty of room for everyone to relax. The master bedroom features a king bed, a large en-suite bathroom equipped with double vanities, a shower and large tub. Three queen guest rooms and two full bathrooms are located on the main level, with a bonus bedroom and bathroom over the garage. Outside you will find a private pool with fountain, alongside areas for sunning and dining. Centrally located in Sea Pines, you can easily get to all the amenities it has to offer - shopping, dining, water sports, horse back riding and leisure trails.

BEACH ACCESS Located at The Sea Pines Beach Club, this is 1.4 miles or a 4 min bike ride. There is also a beach shuttle pick up located off Greenwood Drive. Parking at the beach club is not permitted and restricted to owners only.

PROPERTY REMINDERS

4-night minimum stay required | Pool Size: 14x28 | 3-5 ft | *Can be heated for additional fee | Fireplace not available for Guest use | Garage not available for Guest use | No Pets

CAR PASSES – Sea Pines requires a car pass for each approved vehicle. Passes are $9/day or $20/week per vehicle. These must be ordered in advance.

CANCELLATIONS - Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of any deposit or prepayment for the reservation paid less $150.00 administration fee to Relax Rentals will be refunded to the Guest. No refunds are available for cancellations received within 59 days of the check-in date. The Guest will also receive a full refund of any deposit or prepayment for the reservation paid to Relax Rentals if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of making the reservation so long as the check-in date is at least 72 hours after the date the reservation is made; otherwise, no refunds are available. No refunds are available in the event of early departures, no-shows or inclement weather. All cancellation requests must be submitted to Relax Rentals by email to reservations@relaxrentals.com. Cancellation requests by phone will not be accepted. Our cancellation policy supersedes any third-party site such as VRBO or Airbnb, you are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance.

The house itself was wonderful—very clean, comfortable beds, and in a great location (aside from a wine stain on the kitchen wall). Our only real frustration was with the property management company. Communication was slow and at times nonexistent. We arrived late on a Saturday and reached out Sunday about the bike rental process but never received a response. On Monday I had to call directly to get it sorted, which did eventually get resolved.We also asked about poolside lounge chairs, since none were available when we arrived. The management company explained there had been a recent storm and they were on order and would contact the property owner. After two days with no update, I sent another message that went unanswered. My husband eventually called, and only then were chairs delivered.Overall, the home itself was great, but communication from the management team could definitely be improved to make the experience smoother

Beautiful property - Perfect for a big family!

We loved staying at this beautiful home! The Sea Pines neighborhood was the perfect place to stay in Hilton Head - close to biking/walking trails, the beach, Harbour Town, restaurants and shops. The landscape was so lush and golf course views were beautiful. The pool was a family favorite! The layout of the home was great for our large family to be able to spread out. My 4 kids loved staying in the big bedroom above the garage, and having their own bathroom up there was a huge plus! I can’t say enough good things about this property. 10/10 would recommend!

Family Vacation

The house was spacious and great for a family stay. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and the neighborhood was conveniently located to restaurants and the beautiful beach. Would definitely come back!

Great facility and location

Facilities were in great shape and located in very centralized area of Sea Pines. Very spacious rooms which easily accommodated our 14 person family. Swimming pool was great entertainment when not on beach.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!

My family and I had a great stay in this amazing Sea Pines home! It's centrally located and easily accommodated our party of 13. The kitchen is well stocked, and the home is spacious with a great layout for larger groups. The pool is an added bonus. It was warm enough mid-June not to need heating. Sea Pines is a great place to visit as well. I loved the bike trails that connected the whole community. We will definitely be coming back!

None of this information should be new. I provided this feedback verbally several times. We liked the house and the location. The floor plan was great. The kitchen was wonderful. The dishware, appliances and bedding were wonderful. The biggest issue we had was how dirty the house was. It appeared that only surface cleaning was done. The windows were filthy (especially the skylights) and the roof and gutters were full of leaves and debris. This is how we found the place on January 9 when we checked in. Long before leaves and green pollen fell in the spring. The furniture is old, dirty, outdated, worn and bulky. Too much furniture. We don't know how 6 people can fit at the table. With just 3 of us it was hard to pass by. There is extra stuff (building materials??) throughout the house. And under the master bed!! There was no way to clean under the bed without removing it. The master closet and laundryroom had misc stuff that should not be there. There were only 2 dishtowels. No wash cloths. No mop or bucket. No leaf blowers to clean the driveway and deck. We never used the outdoor furniture. It is all old and dirty. We cleaned the outdoor grill but only used it once. Again, too old and dirty. We needed a garage to store the car. Gold balls hit the roof and property constantly. One hit the hood of our car and dented it. The garbage cans are too far away. Again, because we could not go through the garage. The whole place should be painted. And all of the woodwork should be washed. The drapes are too heavy. The kitchen dishes, pots and pans, silverware, appliances, etc, were great. There are many nice platters. But it needs serving bowls. It appeared to us that the house was furnished when it was built in 1990 and nothing was ever replaced. Items were just added. Too many artificial (dusty) plants, vases, framed pictures, and unnecessary stuff everywhere. We believe people would prefer more open space then being so crowded with furniture and stuff. We hope you take this as constructive. And use it to improve the house. It is a great house and floor plan. And a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Thank you for the opportunity to stay there for 3 months.

Family Gathering

We were very excited to all be together again with three generations after almost two years. Our children and their families from Boston, New York and Cincinnati joined us. The house was the perfect size and space for us. We were delighted!

A peaceful beautiful relaxing long weekend

The property was great. It looked just like the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded. We rented bikes and really enjoyed riding the trails. The kitchen was massive and well equipped. The house was very spacious. TV's were a little complicated for older people like me. Only downside to this property is that the pool needs to be heated. It is shady and never warms. We were there the first part of September and I thought it would be warm but it was very cold. Only the very brave could go in the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

What a wonderful home! We had plenty of space for the 11 of us , the kitchen was well equipped, furniture were comfortable The place was bright and clean except for the pool area due to falling pine needles nuts but a maintenance person came over once to check the pool water and clean up a bit. The only bad thing I have to say is that I couldn’t figure out how to use the sound system which seemed to be very nice. I appreciate the initial little bags with soap and detergent , laundry detergent and coffee maker filter, paper towel . I’ve stayed in many properties from VRBO and that was the best. Maybe it would be helpful if check out instructions were printed upon arrival at the house I had to call the property manager because I wasn’t sure what to do and they were helpful and told me I would receive an email with the instructions. Itwas an awesome stay and I will definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a nice house for a family vacation

Sea Pines is always lovely

This house was spacious and perfect to get our two families together to celebrate college graduations, birthdays and to enjoy a week at the beach. Centrally located, the house is an easy bike ride to enjoy the best of Sea Pines. The management company was quick to answer any questions we had. We’d highly recommend.

Amazing Vacation Home

Wonderful home for our family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time in this amazing home. The boys especially enjoyed the two TV's, they could watch sports all the time!!. The 2 little one's enjoyed the pool.. Look forward to returning in the future. Jane was very helpful with all of our questions.

Decent house but will not stay there again

The house itself if nice but there were lots of little things that we did not like so we won't book this one again. Temperature control throughout the house was poor. Kitchen was not stocked well despite saying that it was. Creepy pool guy just walks up on the pool deck on Sunday as my daughters are out there laying out. Light bulbs out, cobwebs and dust in certain spots, no dust pan, outside trash was fun until Wednesday. One bathroom shower head was wonky and sprayed everywhere and same tub drained extremely slow. Lots of tiny ants in the kitchen. Then pool guy came again and said we tried to turn the pool heater on which we did not and turned the fountain down so we had to have him come back out and turn it back up. The tvs were ridiculous to try and operate with no directions. I think one had 8 remotes in the cabinet. And some areas just smelled weird - musty maybe.

An awesome stay

A gem of a property, centrally located, 5 minutes away from the beach. Right on the golf course. I loved the kitchen, living room, family room, parking, absolutely everything you needed was there.
