Located within the Lighthouse Tennis neighborhood, desirable onsite amenities are at your fingertips from the sparkling inground swimming pool right next door to the home, tennis courts to get that adrenaline pumping before a refreshing swim, and a stretch of white sand beaches only a short walk or bike ride away. Make sure you pack the golf clubs as you’ll be surrounded by three legendary courses, including one featured on the PGA tour. From visits to the lighthouse and marina to boating and water sports, no two days will be the same! Between adventures, retreat back to the home for quieter moments out on the balcony, sipping on a refreshing cocktail or dining on a delicious meal al fresco.

The home’s well-appointed interior features soothing neutral tones and comfortable furnishings, easing you into relaxation mode as you unwind and refresh before the next exciting day ahead. The living room offers cushy sofa and armchair seating along with a mounted smart TV for when you want to catch up on your favorite shows and movies. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 1 private bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa, and an alcove just off the living room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The bedroom includes a queen size bed with fresh linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

HVAC Unit: Please note: The hvac unit does not go below 68 degrees as the unit will freeze up.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be available at the front gate upon arrival. A weekly resort fee of $30 per vehicle will be required, payable directly to the resort.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog (50 lbs or less) may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $150 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

Parking available for two cars (one dedicated, one visitor) in Sea Pines lot. Parking is first-come, first-served. Parking passes can be purchased at the gate house for $35.
