Come away to Mountain Haven! This beautiful log home is located just a few short minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Situated in a resort-style setting, Mountain Haven features warm wood finishes, tasteful decor, and comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms, completing the package.

The main level features an open, chef-friendly kitchen with ample space to move around and opens into the dining area. The large stone gas fireplace sits between the dining and living areas, so you can enjoy it from either area. The primary bedroom is also on the main level and has a jetted tub in the bath.

There is a large, roomy deck to enjoy, with a gate to keep the little ones in. Here, you can enjoy the deck furniture and the quiet of nature while your favorite food cooks on the gas grill, or soak in the spacious hot tub with a privacy lattice.

The upper level features a spacious open loft area with seating for the TV and a card table for games. A seasonal pool is available at the resort during the warmer months for your sunning and swimming pleasure. Wireless internet access is available for those who can't quite leave work behind!

*We provide towels and linens along with a starter pack of paper products.

One pool is located just above The Cub House cabin, and the other is located adjacent to the Resort playground and pavilion. The opening date varies between Memorial Day weekend and the Labor Day holiday weekend, depending on when cool weather arrives.

It was close to Food City, downtown and restaurants. Driveway steepness may scare some drivers. Hot tub and deck was nice. We saw bears. Cozy living and kitchen areas. All in all a cute place

Best Place Ever

Perfect location!

We chose this property because of its convenient location to Rocky Top Sports World and it was amazing!! Absolutely perfect for older grandparents who can’t do a lot of stairs and 4 younger children who needed a separate space to sleep and hang out!

Over all great place

Over all this cabin is very nice. The hill was steeper than was told and the toaster didnt work good. One of the fitted sheets was dirty but everything else was amazing and a wonderful view! The public pool is way too small!!
Final day when we all could get together and enjoy dinner before everyone went their own ways

Great Location! Lots of Bears 🐻

The cabin was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. My husband and boys loved the arcade machine! We saw more bears on this trip than we have in the past. One was across from our property and the other was hanging out at the base of our driveway. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible House! The pictures don't do it justice.

Such a cozy house to stay in. Kids never ran out of things to do. If I ever built a house in Tennessee I would want it to be identical to this one.

Great place without a view

The cabin was 5 star. The driveway was very steep and narrow. Very close to downtown. Nestled in a very quaint ‘holler’, you are at the mercy of the other surrounding cabins to be quiet and respectful which most are.

Everything was amazing

The property itself was very clean. Layout was lovely. Had plenty of room for 3 families to hang out as well as 3 cars to park on the driveway. The location was amazing, very close to a lot of attractions/ downtown. I have used the hosts before and never had an issue. They promptly answered any questions I had.

We did unfortunately notice one of the king beds upstairs (the room without the bunk beds) looked to have had bed bugs. We wanted to make the best of the trip (yes we understand bugs travel we checked all the other beds and they seemed ok) so we were able to close up that room for the duration of our trip and not utilize that room. That would truly be our only complaint as everything else was wonderful!

Perfect For Families!

Our family celebrates various holidays in Gatlinburg every year. This is the cleanest, and most professional experience we’ve ever had at a cabin. This was the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in!!!! I opened the sofa bed, and looked for debris or anything that my grandkids could get into. Nothing. Clean! Unexpected, Inclement weather came in, and we were literally feet away from a main road. Yet, we still had the secluded experience of the Smoky Mountains. Communication was very quick, and efficient, and there were no surprises if you just read the communications you’re sent.

Cabin is beautiful but needs repairs. Hot tub outdated/barely works, cabinet doors hanging from one hinge, shower heads need replacing, bathroom faucet needs to be replaced, appears to be mold on ceiling due to I assume a leaking roof at one time. Drive way should be high lighted as steep/uneven in description. Drive way will fit 3 full size vehicles bumper to bumper, but is very steep

Highly recommend!! Great communication, very accommodating, top-tier hosts! We saw a bear just below the deck, 15-ish feet away from us! Cabin was in immaculate condition and very clean, just as the pictures show! Our children loved it, we will book this same cabin any time we come back to Gatlinburg, we were very pleased

A truly amazing vacation. From Gatlinburg to Pigeon Forge, we spent our week in true tourist style. We enjoyed our days soaking up all the beauty this area has to offer. From mountains to streams and everything in between, there was not a dull moment to be had. This property was absolutely beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved the large porch area and spent a lot of time out there. There were some fur friends that even visited us at night. This home was more than accommodating for our family of 8 and we enjoyed every minute. The Arts and Crafts district is one of my favorites and we will definitely be back for more. Sad to have to return to reality but the memories we made are priceless.
