Beautiful family apartment, spacious, recently renovated and fully equipped for everyday life and more. Including a very high speed internet connection through WiFi, as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

Very well located and served by the public transport:

- Métro/RER B takes you to the heart of Paris in 15 mins (Saint-Michel Notre-Dame, Châtelet, ...).

- Several Bus and Tram serving the whole Paris.

- Easy and direct access from Parisians airports; Roissy Charles de Gaules Airport and Orly Airport (same metro line RER B).

- Next to the apartment, you will find several supermarket (including a large organic supermarket) and a groceries store open 24/7. As well as a good old fashion traditional market on Wednesday and Saturday morning.

- 5 minutes walk from Montsouris Park and from Cité Universitaire Internationale, to enjoy their green spaces for a picnic or for a nice walk along the lake.

Description of the apartment:

A big living-room with comfortable couches where you can let yourself go in front of the TV...A kitchen fully equipped opened on the living-room for more sharing and friendly moments (including an oven, a dishwasher, a big fridge, and dishes of course).

Two separate bedrooms, with comfortable double beds (including a Queen size bed) and a lot of storage room (2 big wardrobe closets and 2 dressers).

Last, but not least, a large cozy and modern bathroom with a (very) big Italian shower where you easily let yourself go and forget about everything.
Also available in the bathroom, a washing machine/tumble drier, iron, soap.
