We are excited to announce that our popular vacation rental is back on the market after a complete renovation! Everything inside and out is brand new, including the kitchen, flooring, windows, sliders, decks, and a stunning observation deck.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home is ideally located just one house from the beach access at Bean Point, where the Gulf meets the Bay at the tip of Anna Maria Island. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, fishing, bird watching, and a park at the northern tip of the Island, with Gulf views from the new observation deck.

The home features an open floor plan, high ceilings, and abundant natural light, creating a bright and spacious atmosphere. Relax on the large open deck and take in the Gulf breezes. Amenities include a beautiful heated pool, flat-screen TVs (including one by the pool), a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, Ping Pong Table, outdoor games, beach gear and covered parking.

The Primary bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed. The loft has 4 double beds for additional sleeping.

We invite you to experience the ultimate Anna Maria Island getaway in this beautifully renovated home.

Please note that pets are not allowed in this rental.

Love this place!

Amazing location and home

Perfect location on the island. Great to have the beach within walking distance, just across the street! And the pool option for the kids when they tired of the beach.

Great location providing quick access to the beach at Bean’s Point, as well as nearby beaches. Very quiet and safe neighborhood location. The home is nicely furnished and outfitted with pretty much everything needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. The pool and patio area (shaded under the raised main house) are great for outdoor time at the home. We have already made plans to return next year.

Great location near Bean Point

Fantastic location right next to Bean Point beach access. Easy access to other beach accesses as well. Well appointed and very clean. Loved the pool area - felt very private. Anna Maria was the best vacation!

Great for a family!

Wonderful communication & property as described. Very clean, well appointed, and beds comfortable. New property. Great views from rooftop deck. Would rent again for sure. One area was the locks. The bedrooms & bathrooms all lock SUPER easy and appear unlocked, so we had to go on a hunt for keys. The front door too, which, we had to go to the rental company to get the key. Thankfully, during working hours. Very responsive and I think they have those handles after the hurricane for code reasons, but do need to warn renters. I felt bad calling about it! But was annoying, nothing too big though.

Great House and location

We enjoyed the property and location to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Pool was nice but wish the lights would have worked for better night swimming. The kitchen was pretty small for 7 people but overall the house was great.

Amazing property

We absolutely loved our stay on Anna Maria island in this house. It was exactly as described. The pool was great and it was less than a block from a beach access. The property management company was great with communication. We’ll definitely return.

On the island for a wedding

First trip to AMI and this house was absolutely perfect. It checked all of our boxes and can’t wait to come back. There were 7 of us total, 5 adults and 2 teens (ages 14 and 15). Beach was a quick walk and having the wagon/chairs was perfect. Ping pong table and giant connect four were a hit in addition to the pool. I would recommend there being additional garbage bags as well as toilet paper for that number of persons along with the duration we were there, but we had a rental car so simply picked up our own. Overall great property as well as experience.and would gladly come back. Until next time!

Pool was amazing. Wagon to haul your supplies to the beach. Short walk to beach access. Plenty of beds. Bathrooms were clean and nice. Neighborhood was quiet.

Great spring break

Anna Maria is fantastic. This house is great. Clean and well kept. Pool area is awesome. It’s a short walk to fantastic beaches and easy golf cart ride to charming “downtown”! We will be back. Management was very easy to work with as well.

Fun in the sun!

We had an amazing time at this little house on beane point! Within walking distance of 2 piers, excellent fishing, and a lovely heated pool for the kids to wear themselves out in! Plenty of pool toys to keep everyone occupied, and the pool lights made for some great nighttime swims. The beach chairs and supplies were an added plus. Can’t wait to come back again. Thanks for the stay ;)

Great house, great pool, near the beach

The house was very comfortable, and we were joined by two adult daughters, one with spouse and 2 kids 12 and 14. We had been worried about the loft with its ladder, but it worked fine for the kids and their parents. There was bad red tide during our stay, so we were especially grateful for the pool, which is lovely and clean. There was some ambiguity about what supplies would be available, and some lamps needed new bulbs. But overall a great stay.

Amazing vacation!!

This vacation rental was absolutely perfect! It was very close to the beach and the owner of the property left everything you could possibly think of needing/wanting to go to the beach! We even had a wagon to tote all of the chairs, toys, etc. as well as a soft cooler! The outside shower was fantastic especially for rinsing sand off after spending the day at the beach. The pool is amazing and we spent a lot of time in it! The property was very clean and smelled very fresh. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We also had plenty of pool/beach towels as well as towels and washcloths for the bathrooms. The laundry room was very clean as well. We were all very impressed. We plan on making the trip again and would love to be able to stay in this home!

Great location & nice house

The location of this house to Bean Point is excellent - a short walk away! And once at Bean Point, we could either go to the Tampa Bay side or the Gulf side. Just absolutely gorgeous! The property is really nice. The manager for the property was nice as well. The pool is awesome. There are lights for the pool which are little hard to find but makes it really enjoyable for swimming at night. The outdoor shower was great after spending time at the beach. I would say the upstairs loft is a little hard to get to due to the ladder & a spiral staircase or something might’ve been better. However, we knew that there was going to be a ladder as it was very specific in the description at the property. Even with that, we would definitely stay here again. It was great for our family. And, I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the property. This was a very clean property & it had everything we needed.

Perfect location and great home!

We really enjoyed our first stay on Anna Maria Island at this rental. The location could not have been more perfect with Bean Point access in walking distance and restaurants and shops a bike ride away. The pool was so nice and we spent many afternoons enjoying the pool patio. A few things that needed attention: new beach chairs. There was only 1 broken rusty one when we got there but thankfully the property manager got us a new one. A cooler bag/cooler would be a nice valued touch, even a cheapo igloo one for cold drinks. There were no trash bags except the two that were already there and it took us until the end of the week to find the toaster! The kitchen could also use some larger cereal size bowls, perhaps a tray to bring things down to the pool area, an actual cutting board (not flimsy plastic ones) and the coffee pot lid was also broken. The yoga mats, cornhole, and beach toys were a nice bonus! Overall, we would rent again and suggest this property!

Nice Place , but needs a little TLC

Nice place , great location... The home does need a little TLC, living room light didn't work, sliding doors need to be replaced, the kitchen is outdated, dining room chairs are pretty worn out, AC works but difficult to cool the house down in the afternoon. The house was clean , however the AC intake was covered in dust. The Pool pump was defective and was making a very loud noice . I will say... I contacted the manager and they did send someone over the next day to clean the AC intake (register). The pool company is closed on weekends so they had to turn off the pump ( not pleasant to swim in with still water) Overall the place is nicely decorated and the location is incredible. I was just expecting a bit more.

Independence at AMI

The long weekend at the beach was a great one. The house was gorgeous and the pool was a perfect retreat away from the beach when needed. There were a few minor things that I’d suggest but nothing major. The bed pillows could use a refresh for sure. The microwave was super small and not very powerful for a property that nice. Could have used another TV in the extra bedroom but not a big deal. The thermostat was capped at nothing less than 70 which seems fine but did still feel warm at times if you didn’t keep the blinds closed. Didn’t really understand why the sliders out to the deck all said not to be used. I don’t remember the description saying there was a beach wagon and chairs, that was a great touch and would have been nice to know so we didn’t pack our own. Didn’t see the grill in the listing but so happy it was there and was nicely set up for use. You are very close to the beach entrance but it was still a hike to actually get to the beach from there, especially with a wagon and gear. You’re located at the tip of the island and would need to walk around for more of the west coast views and shoreline but it was still beautiful. Definitely needed a golf cart or plan to drive to get to more places for eating out and shopping. Using the VRBO App for booking and payment was a nightmare since it kept glitching. It tried to charge my card multiple times and had multiple pending transactions listed but thankfully only the main charges went through. Overall, it was a great time and all the rest was insignificant for the enjoyment we had.
