We designed the open-concept layout and the 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom setup specifically to offer maximum comfort and privacy for families and groups of friends, so it’s wonderful to hear it worked so well for you! Our prime North End location—being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet just a short stroll from the beaches and Pine Avenue's fantastic dining and nightlife—is truly something special. I’m also glad you loved the large screened-in lanai, the pool, and found our communication quick and easy! Even though some time has passed, your glowing feedback means the world to us. Thank you for staying in my house. All the reported issues were fixed. The construction debris/materials were removed. A new fence is built for more privacy.

Thank you for your feedback regarding our wonderful location and the comfort of our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom interior. However, we are deeply shocked and saddened by the 2/10 rating, which seems incredibly disproportionate given your positive compliments about the home itself. We take property maintenance very seriously. Regarding your outdoor feedback: The Tree Stump: The tree stump in the yard is a direct result of the severe hurricane that recently hit Anna Maria Island. Removing it requires heavy machinery and coordination, which has already been scheduled with our landscaping team. The Porch Screens & Pool Area: Maintenance in Florida is a continuous effort, especially post-storm. The ripped screens have already been replaced, and the pool area has received a deep detailed pressure washing and landscaping refresh. We always communicate openly and wish you had brought these temporary outdoor storm-recovery items to our attention during your stay, as we would have happily addressed what we could immediately. We are committed to maintaining a true 5-star standard for all future guests.
