If you have pets or children the house sits 1 block from the entrance to the Old Milwaukee Trail for daily short exercise. and enjoys a double lot yard with stone patio. The home comes with a bicycle, a guitar, and has a library of books and board games, as well as a large screen streaming TV with both a blu ray and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped for long term stays.
Located in a safe established old family neighborhood with tee-lined walking streets.
