This astonishing, breathtaking townhouse, developing 145 square meters on 3 levels, fully furnished with luxury items is a real architectural jewel of the 18th century, downtown Dijon. This property will greatly satisfy history lovers and amateurs of atypical houses. There are 3 bedrooms, capacity of 6 people.

Our bedrooms

Lullaby is comfortable and spacious. The lovely library and its beautiful books will help you to fall asleep peacefully.

Fluffy inspires softness, comfort, warm, and serenity.

Youth is a real Eagle's nest and will greatly satisfy children, teenagers or anyone seeking isolation. This bedroom is equipped with a desk offering the possibility for an adult or a child to work.

Parties and events aren't desired, tolerated in the house, for the sake of preservation of the place and its environment ( neighbors and so on.)

This house is special

This is a total 5 star house. The host, Paul, is 5 star as well. The house is a real surprise and the photos do not do it justice! It’s beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe space and privacy for teenagers. The location is as good as you can get. A real delight in a delightful city.

Review

Great property in good location. We very much enjoyed our week there and would stay again. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The house is located over a number of floors and so there are a lot of stairs which might not suit everyone but that was not a problem for us at all. In fact, it gave a greater sense of space. We would highly recommend the property and Paul, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful.

Don’t hesitate!

I don’t review every property we visit, but really feel compelled to share the great experience we had a Cosy Potet. The house is grand, historic and comfortable. It felt so luxurious to settle in here after more cramped accommodations in the rest of our 1 month of traveling in Italy and France. The location was excellent- we walked everywhere. We felt properly taken care of by Paul, who met us for a brief tour at check-in, and also helped with activity and restaurant recommendations. The kitchen was well-stocked and some lovely welcome gifts again, made us feel like royalty. We felt lucky to stay in such a gorgeous and special house.

in the heart of Dijon

If you are looking for a well situated house with character, Cosy Potet is the one ! Everything is within walking distance, and you can park the car 350 m from the house in the St Anne's parking for a reasonable price. Dogs are welcome and there are several nice green walks from the house as there is no garden (as said in the ad). Kitchen and house are fully equipped. The only thing I would draw attention to is the number of stairs for elderly people. But excellent quality rental.

Excellent localisation pour un séjour a Dijon

Nous avons passé un weekend en famille a Dijon. La maison a beaucoup de caractère et est très bien située. Je recommande vivement!

Bel Anniversaire

Très belle demeure et bon accueil. Trois belles chambres et des espaces communs chaleureux ont permis aux trois couples des moments intimes comme de bons moments en famille. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville à pied Merci à Paul pour ses conseils de restaurant! Bien qu'il y ait quelques dysfonctionnements de matériel (indiqué à Paul), nous avons passé un très bon sejour! Merci pour les petites attentions

Magnifique habitation dans le Dijon historique

Tout d'abord, nous tenons à souligner que le propriétaire est absolument charmant, accueillant avec beaucoup de délicates attentions. Toutes les pièces sont richement meublées, aménagées et décorées avec un soin rare, le tout sans faute de goût. La situation de cette grande maison de ville permet de visiter le coeur de la cité des Ducs en quelques pas. Nous avons tellement aimé la beauté et le confort de cette maison, ainsi que la disponibilité et la gentillesse de son propriétaire, que nous y retournerons avec bonheur et ce, dès que possible.

Zentrales Juwel

Es handelt sich hier um ein wahrhaftiges Juwel in zentraler Lage. Aus ursprünglich 2 kleinen Häusern hat Paul mit sehr viel Geschmack ein wundervolles Objekt geschaffen mit 3 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer, Vorzimmer und Küche. Selbst ein alter Weinkeller kann mitgenutzt werden. Eine hervorragende Ausstattung, an der es an nichts fehlt und liebevolle Willkommensgrüße runden alles perfekt ab. Die Lage ist super zentral, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufweite vorfindet und ohne große Zeiteinbußen mehrfach am Tag zwischen umtriebigem Zentrum und Wohnung hin und her wechseln kann. Optimal für bis zu 5 Personen.
