'Copper Top Estates' is a private 18-acre ultimate vacation and venue retreat destination. It offers 2 amazing homes situated on top of Loyston Point with breathtaking 360-degree views of Norris Lake and Smoky Mountains.

**This is NOT a 'lakefront' property, however, the property includes 2 covered slips located a short 1.5 mile drive at Stardust Marina. To launch your personal watercraft there is a public boat launch at the end of the street for easy boat access. If you need a watercraft rental, reserve from nearby Stardust and Sequoyah marinas. For summer rentals, reserve soon since supplies are in peak demand.

The property also has a private swimming pool with a large pool house (Open April – Sept). The pool is not heated. The garage above the pool house has a commercial ice maker.

The 2 homes combined have over 11,000 square feet of living space (10 bed / 6 bath) allowing family and friends plenty of space to unwind, congregate, and enjoy. *BOTH homes are included in the quoted price. In other words, when you see your Vrbo quote, you are getting both homes for that price.

The main home is beautifully architected with a large courtyard and 7,700 square feet of living space (5 bed / 3.5 Bath). All rooms within the home offer amazing water and mountain views. Just outside is a propane grill (free propane).

The second home is a custom-built traditional log home with over 3,500 square feet of living space (5 / 2.5 Baths). It offers large, vaulted ceilings with 2 fireplaces with a separate kitchen and dining space in addition to the main home. Just outside is a propane grill (free propane).

If you're looking for the perfect location to host your special wedding, Copper Top Estates offers amazing photo opportunities for the bride and groom with options for out-of-town guest to stay on site or there are local hotels 20 minutes away. The Hiking and boat launch are only 5 minutes down the road at Loyston Point.

Take advantage of easy day trips to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.
Knoxville is only 25 minutes away.
McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) is approximately 50 minutes from the home.

The place was great

The place was really nice and the views were gorgeous! I feel like you should include the Pictures of the views in your listing. The lower level in the main house never got warm. Our guest froze . Maybe add some extra blankets/ heating blankets for winter months. The cabin house had lots of dead flies upon arrival and stained spots in the carpet upstairs , also noticed mold around the vents in the upstairs bedroom . Kuerigs in both houses would not work. Thank goodness for extra coffee pots. Overall our experience was really great and one for the books.

Family friend trip

3 issues. No toilet paper, pool should be heated , pool house should be cleaned. Nicer. Both houses are awesome. Great stay. 4.5 stars.

Wedding venue

We rented this for a wedding and it was truly amazing. The view is stunning. Is so quiet! The lake is just a short drive away. Quite a few marinas that are very close also. Stores aren’t real close approximately 15-20 min away. I would give this one a try

Mountain Top Estate Perfection

This was a fantastic stay, couldn’t have been better. The views were incredible from all 360 degrees. Excellent furnishings, beautiful pool, amazing spaces and we couldn’t have been happier. What a place! Waking up in September clouds to see rolling past the property, then watching the sunrise clear to blue skies and hazy amazing mountain tops was just awesome!

Best Family Vacation Yet

This VRBO and Host would get a 10 Star rating if it went that high. All expectations were met, and the host went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was awesome. We had our annual family reunion with six families and ages ranging from newborn to 13 year old children. There is something for everyone at these beautiful homes. The pool is terrific, and the deck is huge with plenty of space for large groups. The pool house is great with a huge TV and pool table in it. There is a great spot next to the pool with flat grassy area to be able to play sports or games. The views of the Smoky mountains around the property are breathtaking and pictures can't do it justice. You will be blown away from the picturesque scenes. The homes are terrif cand plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen in the Main home is perfect for cooking large meals for everyone. We will definitely be staying here again. I highly recommend it for any gathering

Great Family Reunion Spot

The updated and very large kitchen in the main home was exactly what we needed for our 17 adult, 17 children family reunion. The outdoor grounds, including the large driveway, was perfect for various activities throughout the week. While the pool was green and foggy when we first showed up (as I had read could happen in a previous review), John was quick to respond to my report and his pool service provider showed up to begin fixing the problem in the middle of a thunder storm the same night we arrived. The pool was usable the next day, and crystal clear by midweek. It would be great if the cleaners could assess and report pool conditions when they show up at the end of each stay as the problem with algae in pools seems to be a fairly common and easily remedied occurrence in that part of the country. Regardless, the pool was a hit with kids and adults alike! Parts of the home(s) felt a little like a work in progress, but that did not take away from our full enjoyment of the property and location. We loved the 360 panorama view and close walk, run, or bike ride to nearby trails. I highly recommend a stay, especially if you have a large group that loves to gather comfortably for meals, and spread out throughout the day.

Wonderful Stay

The 2 houses were huge and well maintained, it was perfect for our family reunion. Since you are on top of a mountain, the views were unbelievably beautiful. The pool was so fun and an awesome hang out spot. We spent some time on the Lake, but we could have stayed at the house and had just as much fun. I definitely recommend this place.

Mini family vaca

Had a couple dumps at first but overall it a great mini vacation. Pictures don't do this house justice. It is beautiful. Pool and hot tub weren't open 😩 do to the weather. Had to empty the dishwashers in both houses and the dryers. Minor plumbing problem but we had a contractor with us and John followed up with his guy. Overall would really recommend this house Great for very large family reunions.

Celebrating 60

Awesome location and fabulous stay. The views of the mountains and lake are endless and simple breathtaking. It’s definitely a location to simply relax and enjoy each other. The kitchen and family room areas we truly enjoyed by cooking/dining together, dancing and playing family games. There is limited access to watching television and having internet access; which makes for true fellowship. My family and I absolutely loved our stay and we’re planning to visit again this summer. We are super excited about having the opportunity to enjoy the acreage and swimming pool.

Filthy upon arrival

Family had to clean the place in order to stay there laundry piled in lsundry.room, trash not picked up or removed.food left on table bugs in second house microwave made you vomit when opened the door the smell was so bad 1st thought was to ask for refund couldn’t find another venue So family purchased cleaning supplies and spent three or four hours bringing it up to a livable condition.

Breathtaking getaway!!

Absolutely loooved the home(s). Though we did have very minor hiccups with the WiFi, exterior lights at night time, short of TVs in the rooms (teenagers) and ice maker, the plush of other amenities, housing accommodations made our stay very worthwhile. The home is very comforting, warm lovely and inviting we definitely were NOT ready to leave.

Beautiful views, spacious

Had 17 adults stay in October, plenty of space and beautiful views. The kitchen was well stocked and great for our large group. Was disappointed in cleaning job prior to my arrival. Laundry in washer and dryer of both houses, all dishwashers with dishes in them, and at least 20 bags of trash piled in the driveway. Other than taking care of that, it was a pretty nice stay.

Beautiful 360 Degree View

This place is amazing, you cannot beat the beauty surrounding it. The houses themselves are amazing. We were a group on 14 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Both kitchens were stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils you could need. They have an ice machine in the pool garage that was fantastic for our outings while staying there. The extra fridges in each house was a great idea, we filled them! The kids had a great time swimming. The adults had a great time sitting by the pool playing cards, play cornhole and just taking in the view. The only bummer was the pool and hot tub. The pool became very cloudy during our stay. I reached out to the owner who sent a rep to add chlorine, but the pool never cleared up before we left. The hot tub doesn't get hot, not that we needed it to, it was hot temperature wise, however some forceful jets would have been nice. Even with these two minor issues we would definitely stay again!

Breathtaking views

We are 3 families that do lots of adventures together & have for over 30 years. Due to Covid, many of our plans got canceled so we decided to do a driving trip & use VRBO. We knew nothing about Andersonville, TN but with 17 adults & 2 young ones we knew we needed at least 9 bedrooms & plenty of space to roam. Little did we know that we would find the perfect spot for us to do both. Everything about this place was PERFECT. Two updated homes with over 11,000 square foot of space in 2 homes, including a pool house next to the pool. Plenty of awesome outdoor space to play games & let our 2 dogs run. The houses have had some great updates; the pictures don't do it justice. We rented boats from the Stardust Marina one day, went shopping in Knoxville & to Dollywood another two days. The rest of the time we spent hanging by the pool just enjoying each other's company. I really can't describe how perfect this place was for our group.

Amazing house!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. 18 of us stayed and we had more space than we could have hoped for and made some really awesome memories here! The good: the location is incredible and the view is breathtaking. You have a full 360 degree view up on the mountain, some hiking and biking paths nearby, Walmart is 20 minutes away, and several marinas are nearby. The remodel is really great, but it seems like there might be a few more things to do. We loved all the outdoor decks, the two refrigerators and dishwashers in the main house, the beautiful kitchen and furniture, and the pool house and fire pit. The bad: we had some issues with the pool and hot tub, but the owner called in maintenance pretty quickly. There’s still quite a bit of work to do on that area, however. Some beds were VERY hard and uncomfortable, but most mattresses are new and very nice. The WiFi is not great and is nonexistent in the smaller house. There is cable, but that’s about it. Lastly, the couches were tearing apart and flaking off all over the floor. Living room furniture definitely needs an update. A large sectional in the main house living room would be wonderful! Overall, we had an incredible stay and really want to come back to this property next year. It’s a wonderful property, well maintained and landscaped, and we all can’t wait to hopefully see how far it comes next year!
