The Space:
This home comes with a VSee box where you can watch every football, baseball, and soccer game etc no matter where it is being played along with Sports PPVs like boxing, all for FREE, also includes about 3000 channels like your hometown local news, and countless movies on demand, again all for FREE! All in this cozy, very clean home with private back yard and new gas grill just installed in 2025!
Our home comfortably sleeps 8, has completely open living areas and comes equipped with a tv in each room, wireless internet, covered patio with grill in private fenced in yard, and you can even park in the garage with automatic door. Full laundry facilities are provided. You can even rent a golf cart or bikes right down the street for a short stroll to downtown, because golf carts are legal anywhere downtown. Pets are welcome as well! 45 mins to Jekyll Island and Fernandina beaches. 1 hour to Jacksonville beaches.

There is also absolutely no Crypto Mining allowed!

The property was super welcoming. A little welcome bag with some treats were nice to have, the house is spacious and really clean. We had everything we needed. The fenced in yard was great for our Rocky Potato (dog). Banks was super accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in St. Marys or Kingsland!

Host was polite and friendly and overall clean. However property had 8 burnt out light bulbs and missing one bulb on dining room fixture, living room couch furniture was damaged due to prior attendee animal chewing on arm rests, outside front door light fixture had so many dead bugs that light was severely compromised, ensuite bathtub was slick due to lack of foot safety grit so that it was not safe for shower usage and guest bath had no stopper for tub. Issues appear to be lack of maintenance care. Would not recommend for usage nor will use again.

St Marys visit

the property was very clean and newly furnished . the fenced in back yard was great for our dog. close to downtown and many historic sites.

Happy place

Enjoyed this cozy house near restaurants, Okeefenokee, airboats and more. Would be nice to have more grassy areas.

Comfortable, Quiet & Convenient

We were pleasantly surprised at how open the house felt, with 3 bedrooms at one end of the house- 2 with bunk beds, 1 master with king. Along with 3 kids, we brought our dog with us who loved having a fenced in yard, the house does kind of smell like pet which is also kind of expected with a pet-friendly house. Overall, it was a great location for us to do a little exploring and island hopping and come back to spread out and unwind at the end of each day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice and clean and in a safe quiet neighborhood. The a/c worked well and I liked have calling fans in the rooms. But none of the tv remotes had batteries except for one and then we couldn’t get it to work. But the most important thing was that the mattress’s were not comfortable. The main reason for staying at a house was to accommodate 6 people comfortably. And this is a make or break for me. It must have comfortable mattresses.

Saint Mary's GA .... Our Stay

We stayed in this home for 1 week. Unfortunately when we got there the app that opens the front door didn't work. We had to wait for the property manage to get there, that was not fun. Once we got the front door opened it was ok. It was late at night so we didn't see everything that. Make sure you bring soap ( hand washing/shower soap). It's their policy not to provide that. We had to borrow some from my son. The linens were so old it was ridiculous. The home itself was ok, clean and pretty comfortable. These were all small things that can easily be rectified. There is no Keurig. It was winter so bring slippers or socks because there in no carpet or area rugs. Tile only. The neighborhood is fine. The property manager was very nice and felt badly for all the little things that were wrong. We might stay there again. 🤞🏼

Great potential, but it seems money is the only drive for this owner.

The home itself is set up well and has nice tile floors throughout that make vacationing with pets ideal. We had more than enough room as a family of 4+ our 2 goldens. Unfortunately, there is a major roach issue in the home. The morning after we arrived I contacted the owner to let her know that there were roaches all over the kitchen when we turned on the lights. She was nice and offered to have pest control come and spray the next day since it was a Sunday. We were willing to tough it out and attempt to push through to see if the pest control would remedy the situation. We even bought traps that she refunded us for. We had to arrange our day around when the pest control company would be there so that our dogs would not be on the property. The next day, we noticed many dead bugs around the home; however, there were still many bugs crawling and alive in the kitchen and other places in the home. I let the owner know that the bug problem had greatly impacted our stay and we were eating out for every meal because we were not willing to prepare food in the kitchen. Yes, they were that bad. She told me she would contact pest control and call me the next day. As promised, she did. I asked her if she was willing to provide a partial refund and she told me absolutely not because we stayed. As if finding a place to accept us and 2 dogs would have been easy. St. Mary's is our second home and have never experienced anything like this with prior rentals through VRBO. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Never Received the Code

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience with this management outfit was pretty bad.. First off, the I NEVER got a door code and still charged for the rental of a place I tried to cancel. Now I am not saying the place is nice because when you do not get a door key/code kind of hard to rate your stay. My advice run from this outfit as fast as you can!!!

Tiles throughout the house (reduces stress of having an accident upon arrival), fenced backyard for dogs to run (but I’d suggest covering that little landscaping pond, it’s grown over and dogs won’t see it). The home was well maintained and the staff was prompt answering questions. Easy drive to Brunswick, St. Mary’s, and Jacksonville. Will definitely stay again

Great house

I rented this property for my nieces wedding. It is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. It is within a few minutes from downtown by car but not close enough to walk. I was hoping it was closer. Otherwise it was a great property and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The owner uses a cell phone app for access to the property which was new for me but it worked great and we had no problems

St. Mary's House

There was a mix-up at the beginning of our stay-when we first arrived, it had not been cleaned. However, the cleaning person came shortly there after, we went out to dinner, and she was almost done when we got home. The location was great and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

My husband and I stayed here for an extended stay while our house was being renovated. The home is very cozy, the neighborhood is very quiet, and the accommodations were wonderful. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. Lots of towels, storage, and comfy beds. The yard is huge and fenced for those with a dog. There’s even a doggy door. Everything is new - washer, dryer, appliances. We enjoyed our stay! The homeowner is very nice and responds quickly. You will enjoy your stay in this home.

Family Holiday Visit

Our family visited from Michigan and absolutely loved the open floor plan. We spent Christmas week in this house and it felt like home. Quiet neighborhood located in a neat little town. Had great communication throughout the process. Thank you!
