3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo with fully equipped kitchen which includes granite countertops, dishwasher, stainless steel fridge with ice maker, stainless steel stove, microwave, and garbage disposal. Open concept which includes dining area that seats 8 with additional seating at the bar. Living area opens onto large patio with plenty of seating areas. Living room has a day bed with a trundle to provide extra sleeping accommodations. Each bedroom has its own television. Master bathroom has large walk in closet, stand up shower, and jacuzzi tub. Master bedroom opens onto patio. Conveniently located to community pool and hot tub and the Brass Rails Pavilion. Unit is located on the first floor.

Amazing Stay

It’s our second time staying here. We love the place and it’s the perfect location. The property owner is so responsive and very sweet. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Great property!

We had a great stay on Tybee! The condo was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family. There is a peek of the ocean from the balcony and it is a very short walk to the beach.

Girl Trip

Love The Brass Rail. Have stayed several times. Mary was great. Only negatives- the big barking dog @ 7am and the terrible pool hours- that have always been the same and I keep coming back!

Girls trip

The condo was beautiful with lots of room. We loved the location. The beach was a quick walk and it was also close to shops and restaurants. There is a choice of two pools, which was great when there were a lot of people in one. Mary, the host was super helpful and so sweet. All in all, it was a wonderful trip due in great part to the accommodations. We will definitely plan a trip back!

Girls trip

6 of my girlfriends and I traveled to Tybee and stayed at brass rail to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The condo was awesome! Stocked with everything you can think of, clean and close to beach. Resturants and bar close ridiculously early or are just closed all together for the day. The pool hours are awful especially for adults. Bill was amazing with communication. In general we loved our stay and I would highly recommend brass rails!

We Can’t Wait to Return

The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings and lovely nautical accessories. Bill thoughtfully had a gift basket loaded with treats waiting on the kitchen counter when we arrived. Many of the appliances appeared to be brand new and the kitchen was well appointed which is important because we do a fair amount of cooking even when on vacation due to family members’ food allergies. We loved the central location of this condo, a very short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. We did very little driving which was relaxing. A nice bonus was the garage parking- the car was always nice and cool despite the hot weather! The whole family enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub areas. We were very impressed with this property and plan to return.

Great location, great property!

This property is at an amazingly convenient location - mere steps from the beach and walking distance from several restaurants and stores. Bill was a great host, left us a very welcoming note and treats and communicated information in a timely way. The property was clean and as described and as depicted in the photos - perfect for our family!
