Brass Railsは、地下駐車場と専用エレベーターがある豪華なゲートコミュニティです。 これは、プールを見渡す1階のユニットです。 家族に最適です。 コンドミニアムには、マスターベッドルームからもアクセス可能なプライベートバルコニーがあり、中庭と、ホットタブ、ピクニックエリア、便利な日光浴用のラウンジチェアを含む広々としたプールエリアを見渡せます。 敷地内に2つのプールがあります。

私たちのコンドミニアムは新しく内装され、海、桟橋、パビリオンまで約30ヤードのタイビーのサウスエンドに位置しています。 ほとんどのショッピングやレストランへは徒歩圏内です。

このユニットには、竹の床、セラミックタイル、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、カスタムキャビネット、キッチンにステンレス製の器具があります。 広々としたマスタースイートには、キングサイズのベッド、ウォークインクローゼット、ジェットバス、広々としたマスターバスの独立したシャワーがあります。 ゲストベッドルーム1にはクイーンベッドがあり、ゲストベッドルーム2にはツインベッド2台があります。 リビングエリアにクイーンサイズのソファーベッド。

歴史的なサバンナは車でわずか20分です。 やることがたくさんあるので、下に来てビーチを楽しんでください！ 島の時間は最後の橋を渡ると始まります！

This place was fantastic. The perfect spot right next to the pool with covered parking and a 2-minute walk to the beach. The condo was very clean all around and was everything we could have asked for. We had a great time and I fully intend on staying here again.

Perfect for family

Such an amazing time. Couldn't ask for a better host. So incredibly accommodating and response. The condo was PERFECT. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Only issue was the hot tub only worked the first night, but this was no fault of the host.

Property is a great location. Clean. Pots and pans need some upgrading. Big space. Beautiful view. Wish the pool was open a little later. Overall enjoyed our visit very much! Would stay again.

Spacious condo, short walk to the beach. Great for families. Would definitely stay again.

Accurate description. Basic kitchen equipment. Short walk to beach. First floor with elevator or one flight of stairs to access and under condo parking for two vehicles. Would definitely book again.

4th times a charm!

This is our 4th time staying in this condo and we love it every time… always clean and well-apportioned and the bed arrangements works for so many guests… this year we had my parents in the king, my kids shared the queen and Mr brother and I shared the twin room… everyone was comfortable and happy and a good time was had by all! Will definitely book again for next summer!

Great Place on Tybee

We really enjoyed our stay in Tybee. Literally no sun so a lot of time spent walking around and watching football and just the perfect place to do so. The condo is in walking distance to a lot of little shops and restaurants and close enough to the beach where you can walk back and forth. The inside is very nicely decorated and accommodating for cooking and just hanging out. I am holding on to this condo information for another visit.

Great Place Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Tybee in this condo. The place was like it was brand new and very clean. There was enough room for the four of us to spread out and have our own space yet small enough to stay close. Loved the counter tops and breakfast bar and the floors. It was totally easy to access – just one floor up and very close to parking space and the balcony overlooking the pool area was convenient too. The condo location was good – right near a couple of the “must go” restaurants and the small shopping area on Tybee and less than block to beach. The owners were easily accessible and responded quickly to my questions.

Great Location, Fantastic Stay!

The location is perfect if you have teenage children as they can walk to the beach, pier and shops in minutes. Also overlooking the pool was wonderful, as you could sit on the balcony and watch the kids play in the pool (we also had a 5 year old). My father is in a wheelchair and he loved being on the balcony watching the kids. And we could throw the football to the kids in the pool from the balcony...so much fun. The beach was crowded on the 3rd and 4th but we went in the early mornings before it got so hot and it was great. Fireworks were great on the beach! My husband and daughter loved fishing off the pier..they bought two poles at the bait and tackle place right over the bridge so they could just walk to the pier and throw the line in. My daughter hooked a couple baby sharks! The whole family enjoyed the stay and I would definitely stay here again. The condo is furnished very well. A couple suggestions for the condo: - Grill utensils and something to clean it with - I know we were the first to use the grill and it was great!! - Mixing bowls - just a cheap set from Walmart would be nice - Get the cable fixed so you can get Golf channel and ESPN in the main room ;-) Thanks so much Kathy it was really a great vacation!! We love Tybee!!

Tybee Stay

The unit was decent. Found popcorn and slime toy under coffee table in living room, an attachment to a hair dryer under bed and a recess cup wrapper in the dresser drawer of the room that had queen bed. When we pulled out the couch bed we found orange food residue (maybe Cheetos from the family that had slime and popcorn) on the couch cushion's, couches and rugs could use a good cleaning. Our daughter’s Crocs were stolen at the pool while she was swimming. Enjoyed not having to drive anywhere because we were so close to the beach and the pier as well as a lot of restaurants. They need to make it clear how to turn on the jets in the hot tub, it’s close to the ground behind lounge chairs. Also, they changed the code to the entry gates and trash can areas, we’re grateful that a couple told us and gave us the new code so that we could walk to and from without having to open the big gates for the auto’s. The code on the paper we were given is outdated. I’m grateful for the experience of Tybee Island, but unfortunately, we probably won’t return any time soon.

Rented this condo with our family of 4 adults and 3 children for an enjoyable week. Condo was well decorated and the open floorplan is perfect. The best part of this condo is the HUGE patio overlooking hot tub and largest of the 2 pools. Covered sitting area on the patio allows you to enjoy the ocean air, even when it's raining. The kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops,tile floors, and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of pantry and cabinet storage for food,drinks, etc. Dining set will accommodate 6 at the table, and there is a bar/counter area with three stools, perfect for kids to eat at or to have folks enjoy a drink while someone else cooks. Master Suite is huge with ex-large bathroom, complete with double vanities, tub and a shower. The location is great and very secure. Unit is literally a block from the main center of Tybee shops, bars, and restaurants, and just across a parking lot from the beach. Very easy access to the beach and the Tybee pier. We walked nearly everywhere we went. Covered parking for 2 vehicles is included, and a gate code is required both for entry by vehicle and on foot. There's also an elevator right to door of unit, which is awesome when you're loading/unloading . Only a few things would improve this unit: a grill on the patio, updated showerheads in the showers and maybe a new dining room set to match the other gorgeous furniture. Overall great condo and we would highly recommend this unit to our friends and family.

Kathy’s place was amazing!

We had a amazing time walking distance was great to everything!! We loved being right at the pool!! We used the sand toys and even left a wave board for the next family!!! Amazing time!

Lovely Condo

We had a great stay. The condo was spotless, roomy, and was close to the beach. The balcony was very spacious and overlooking the pool. Lots of cookware; the crock pot was very useful. Would most definitely stay here again! Could use a teapot in the kitchen and lids for the plastic cups that were in the cupboard so we could take some drinks to the pool. It would be nice for the pool and hot tub to be open maybe a little bit later. 9pm is pretty early to close; maybe 10-11pm.

Fun in the Sun

The rental was spacious enough for three couples. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, surrounding restaurants and shops. It was also very close to beautiful downtown Savannah, which is a must see.
