Located in the luxury residence "Les jardins de Livia", just 650m from Agosta beach, we offer a quality apartment, tastefully decorated, with a living area of 46m², and offering a pretty terrace equipped with a barbecue of approximately 10m².
It includes: a day area with fitted kitchen open to the living room, opening onto the terrace, a shower room, a separate WC, and a bedroom.
The advantage of this apartment: a shaded terrace - the beach only 650m away - shops in the immediate vicinity - an allocated parking space
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
