Independent cottage with two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. All-inclusive service. The owners, Tiphany and Stéphane, are delighted to welcome you to the heart of their farm.
A unique experience! Join Stéphane and Tiphany on the farm to discover their world. Nearby: an educational farm, "Pat à Foin," is open year-round.
You'll find the peace and quiet of the countryside and proximity to a major highway: the Paris/Brest national road. The accommodation is only 5 km from the greenways (bicycle paths).
In the commune of Champéon, enjoy the hiking trails starting from the property.
Note: the inn is at the foot of the N12, but rest assured, there's no traffic noise; the rooms overlook the interior courtyard. The cottage is on the 1st floor, accessed via a comfortable staircase.
All on one level: a living room with a fitted kitchen area (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, and cooktop) and a lounge area. Two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm bed, a private bathroom, a desk, storage, and a television. A separate toilet.
The living room opens onto a deck with dining furniture.
Garden with lawn, charcoal barbecue, and deckchairs.
Baby equipment available.
All-inclusive service: beds made, towels, kitchen linens, cleaning, and heating (for all contracts starting July 31, 2025).
Pets not allowed.
