Welcome! Enjoy your stay at our spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath open floor plan home. Fully equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher. Large open living and dining room area with sliding doors going out to a large outdoor deck, gas grill, fenced in backyard, garage, and driveway. Master bedroom is one Queen sized bed and TV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a pull out Queen sleeper couch in the living room. All furniture is brand new recently purchased. Washer and dryer are located in basement. Central A/C, WiFi, TV in living room. Newly renovated bathroom with large walk in shower, also there is an outdoor shower. Property is a short drive to Hyannis Center, Restaurants, Shopping, Ferries to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket, Kennedy Memorial, and Beaches.

This was a wonderful experience! The location was perfect - just down the street from family and anything we wanted to do in the Mid-Cape area. The house was comfortable and clean and the bonus was the ability to use the garage! It was great especially given the cold weather and snow! We will definitely stay again and would recommend this property!

Beautiful house in Hyannis

Great place on the Cape!

Perfect location!

A wonderful, centrally located house, perfect for the family. The beach, main st, golf course and shopping center were all less than 10 minutes away. The included beach pass was a nice perk and the outdoor shower was a hit with the whole family.

Perfect location

The home had a homey feel that my family and I enjoyed and felt comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. The property manager was so welcoming and friendly and gave great suggestions. We definitely would love to go back and enjoy the summer weather and beaches.

A needed break

Amazing cottage home

Lisa was super friendly, on top of all my questions, and the house was a dream come true. Super quite neighborhood, amenities were very close too. Would highly recommend staying here.
