Enjoy the beautiful view as you walk 0.1 mile to a neighborhood beach from the comfort of this year round 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach house, with a huge patio and an outdoor shower. Walk back and forth from the beach at your leisure. This property is a beautiful home away from home with a beautiful open, inviting floor plan and comfortable bedding.

The Master bedroom has a queen bed, with a large dresser and storage drawers under the bed. The Second bedroom has 2 beds. The first bed is a full bed that sleeps 2, the top bed sleeps 1, and the other is a full bed. We also have the most comfortable sofa with chaise lounge in the living area.

We enjoy cooking at our home and so will you. We have everything you could possibly need to entertain family and friends! Enjoy the large outdoor patio and extra space in the She-Shed. This property is a MUST STAY all year round!

This is an amazing property in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood with a beach within walking distance. The home is beautiful, well organized, and has everything you could need. The neighborhood allows for cool walks on summer evenings and a calm, uncrowded beach to cool off during the day. Main street is a short drive with many other adventures within 30 minutes, including the Chatham Fish Market where you can get the daily catch. Overall, I highly recommend this property!

Everything about this space was beyond our expectations. The beds were comfortable and separate bathrooms were just right for our needs. Although we ate out mostly, our breakfasts & late night snacking were easy in such a well appointed kitchen. We especially enjoyed the cocktail hour on the patio!Our slight problem accessing beach chairs was IMMEDIATELY attended to by the owners who showed graciousness throughout several calls. I would recommend this location unequivocally. We are already planning our next visit!

The Communication with the host was great with no delays. The property far exceeded our expectations with nice little unexpected surprises that were not listed. (don't want to spoil for the next guests) If you’re looking for a wonderful home away from home on the cape with a private beach within walking distance, and lots of things to do in a very short drive this is it! This was our first time using Vrbo, and the only problem we see is the bar has been set so high with this property that we hope the next bookings at other locations can meet these standards. You’re going to love it!

Our stay at this Cape Cod home was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, relaxed, and completely at home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for a perfect vacation.The location was ideal: peaceful and private, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and all the charm Cape Cod has to offer. It’s rare to find a rental that looks even better in person than in the photos, but this one absolutely did.The host (Linda) was fantastic — responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about making our stay amazing. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this was easily one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. We already can’t wait to come back and would recommend this house to anyone looking for the perfect Cape Cod escape.

Lovely Cape Cod Cottage

Annual Friends Trip

This cottage was perfect for our needs! Great location, host provided a thorough list of activities and eateries, and communication with the host was top notch. Even the Nor’Easter couldn’t make us feel sad since we had such lovely accommodations to hunker down in. Highly recommend this property!

This is my family's dream home. We fell in love with it from the moment we saw it. We love the close proximity and privacy of Lewis Bay, it's literally steps away. We love the fine dining options, the shopping and all of the activities the Cape has to offer.

This property is steps from a private beach. Bayview beach is in walking distance too. It's extremely close to the marina with ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. In fact, you can see the ferries go back and forth from the beach. It is within walking distance to 2 restaurants, it's a little more than a mile to downtown Hyannis. It's an absolutely beautiful location. It feels as though you stepped into your very own postcard.

Aside from being close to the beach, this home is equipped with every appliance you can imagine, it has a large patio with a picnic table for outdoor dining, it has beach toys and beach chairs, two full sized bathrooms and an outside shower. This home is a year round property with both heating and central a/c. This house provides everything for a relaxing and convenient getaway.
