Villa of 2023 located in the town of Erquy in the Hospitals district.
Facing terrace and swimming pool facing south, fully fenced garden.
Nearby by direct access to the greenway: 1.5 km from the city center, the port and the center beach, 1.5 km from the beach St Michel, 1 km from the Super U and the shopping area
Erquy is a seaside resort with 7 beaches, 2 ports and its protected site of Cap d'Erquy and its hiking trails, located on the Emerald Coast, very close to Pleneuf Val André, Cap Fréhel and Sables d'Or (Golf, Casino, Thalasso...)
Erquy is located in the bay of St Brieuc halfway between Mont St Michel, St Malo, Cancale and the pink granite coast (Ploumanac'h, Perros-Guirec....)
The famous GR 34, voted favorite hiking trail of the French and which goes around coastal Brittany from Mont St Michel to St Nazaire, also crosses the hiking trails of Erquy

An excellent property - well equipped and with a great heated pool, which was much enjoyed by both the adults and children. It was well situated with several delightful beaches fairly near. Everyone had a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect vacation

Perfect vacation. Enjoyed the house, the pool and just relaxing in quiet surroundings. Shopping nearby and easy to walk to a really good bakery in the town.

Nice family holiday with a great pool

We enjoyed our vacation in Tony's house. Especially the heated pool was fantastic, as the nearby sea was still pretty cold. Tony is a great host and communication with him was always easy and fast. I can clearly recommend the house for vacation.

Lovely house in excellent location

This is a really comfy house, very modern and well-designed. The pool is great and the hkuse is a 5 minute drive (half hour walk) from lots of different beaches, two supermarkets, and a boulangerie. The owners were lovely to deal with. Recommended.

The property was exactly as described in the listing and exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, exceptionally well-equipped, and ideal for families. Tony and Anne were welcoming hosts who gave us a comprehensive tour on arrival and explained everything we needed to know about the pool, electric BBQ, and the property.The accommodation is comfortable and well laid out, with three generous double bedrooms (one with an en-suite), plus a fourth bedroom featuring a double bed and bunk beds. There are two toilets, a separate shower room with a bath, and all the essentials for a longer stay, including a washing machine and dishwasher.The standout feature was the fantastic swimming pool, which was impeccably clean, maintained automatically, and kept at a perfect temperature throughout our stay. The property also offers plenty of entertainment, with three bicycles, a PlayStation, toys, and games, ensuring both adults and children are well catered for.Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with private parking, the location is excellent. A large Lidl supermarket is only a two-minute drive away, while a beautiful beach with a great holiday atmosphere, along with several bars and restaurants, is just 5–10 minutes away by car. The surrounding area has plenty to offer, including local markets, historic castles, boating, kayaking, horse riding, and many other activities, making it an ideal base for exploring. We completed the end-of-stay cleaning ourselves, and the handover was simple.

Wir haben mit der Familie einen wunderbaren Urlaub dort verbracht! Das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünscht, ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Der beheizte Pool wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Das Meer ist nicht weit. Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen!

Séjour golfique entre amis

Nous sommes un groupe de golfeurs venus découvrir la région et ses parcours de golf. Nous avons été enthousiasmés à tous les niveaux. La maison, moderne et très bien équipée, est superbe et bénéficie d'un environnement calme et paisible. Le plus : La piscine chauffée dont nous avons bien profité, encouragés, il est vrai, par une semaine ensoleillée. Tony, notre hôte, s'est montré efficace, arrangeant et discret, un grand merci à lui. La région est magnifique, riche en curiosités et en spécialités. Pour les golfeurs, mais pas que, c'est un vrai paradis avec 3 golfs, dont 2 exceptionnels (Pleneuf Val André et Saint Cast le Guildo), situé dans un rayon de 20 km max de la maison de Tony. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu, il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour les 50 ans de mariage de mes parents. Tout était parfait. La maison est très propre, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. La piscine est grande et chaude (28-29°). Le proprietaire nous a bien accueilli et est arrangeant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Erquy. La maison est conforme à la description, le séjour est spacieux et l'ensemble est neuf et très joli. Nous avons évidemment apprécié la piscine chauffée et la proximité des balades ! Un idéal pour un regroupement familial comme le nôtre ! Au plaisir de revenir !

Sejour en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour à Erquy et surtout dans cette superbe maison Bien équipée, spacieuse pour 10 eprsonnes, proche de la voie verte (vélos et marche à pied), quartier tres calme. nous avons passé un excellent we pour les 70 ans de notre maman. L'hôte est tres ponctuel et tres sympathique. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine sécurisée. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés. Merci et peut être à une autre fois.

Vacances entre amis et famille

Location parfaite pour nous. Très bien équipée et conforme au descriptif. Piscine chauffée parfaite en taille et exposition. Quartier résidentiel très calme (peut-être moins en période estival) et très bien situé pour accéder rapidement aux plages, au centre ville, au centre commercial et aux petites randonnées sur le secteur de Erquy. Accueil des hôtes simple et efficace, disponible en cas de besoins. Seul inconvénient pour les plus jeunes, le Wifi n'est pas très performant mais on s'adapte facilement pour les vacances. Nous n'avons pas vu passé ces 12 jours de vacances car le secteur est très riches en activités et visites. Je recommande cette location et y reviendrait avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans cette belle maison très confortable et parfaitement équipée, la piscine est top, environnement calme, centre et plage à 20 minutes à pied. Hôtes disponibles et très sympathiques, communication simple et efficace. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

Fantastisch verblijf

We hebben enorm genoten van het huis en de omgeving. Het is exact zoals beschreven, een zeer mooie, ruime en nieuwe woning waar alle voorzieningen zijn om met 10 personen te leven. Het zwembad was ook geweldig, ondanks het slech te weer op onze cakanyie hebben de kinderen elke dag gezwommen. De eigenaars waren heel behulpzaam en stonden steeds paraat om te helpen. Een echte aanrader.
