Great place

Great place to stay, very clean. I loved that the condo had the little things we all need for a stay away from home. For example, sugar for coffee, coffee filters, laundry detergent, extra toiletries along with toilet paper and paper towels.

Fun, Fun, More Fun!

Place was everything we wanted and more. Kitchen fully stocked, comfortable beds. Kids loved staying here. LOCATION! Perfect beach days. I’ll stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great unit and location!

We had a lovely time in this unit! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It has a nice deck with a view out to the ocean. We were just a few steps away from the beach and a short walk away to restaurants like Coconuts. We can’t wait to come back to Cocoa Beach and stay here again!

Cocoa Beach Trip

The property was clean and in a great location on the beach. The unit itself was awesome. Had all the essentials one would have in their own home plus many extras. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The owner was very responsive to any question I may of had and really easy to deal with. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Absolutely perfect!

I could not have dreamed of a better stay! Enjoyed walking down to the beach to enjoy my coffee every morning and sitting on the balcony at night listening to the waves. Great nearby restaurants & we have even able to sit on the beach and watch a launch with a perfect view. I did not want to leave but I will definitely be back!

Lovely Stay

Clean clean clean, updated kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, perfect for family of 3. My only suggestion would be to maybe upgrade the beach chairs and umbrella - the chairs are really low which is tough for anyone with physical difficulties, and the umbrella was really only big enough for one person to find full shade. This probably only matters if you’re flying in and can’t bring your own. Otherwise, a lovely rental and owner made it super easy from start to finish.

Cocoa Beach Condo

Our family stayed at this property as a "home base" for a trip in to Orlando to visit the theme park. Excellent property !

#46 @ Spanish Main was an excellent choice. The price, the location, the cleanliness, the ease of access went above expectations when compared to our last VRBO rental. TDoe does a fantastic job with this rental!

Fantastic condo on the beach!

We came from Virginia and stayed for a full two weeks and loved every minute! The condo was even better than we expected. I was impressed with how clean and well-stocked it was. There were many household and bathroom items I thought I'd need to buy, but they were provided. The condo is nicely updated as well. The view from the deck is beautiful! I would HIGHLY recommend this condo for a vacation. It's the perfect amount of space for up to 4 people. Thank you, Ted!

Good times in Cocoa Beach

We had an awesome time in this Cocoa Beach condo! Very clean and well appointed, we had everything we needed! We loved having coffee in the morning on the balcony and spending the afternoon on the spectacular beach! Also cooling off in the refreshing swimming pool. The beds were very comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. We definitely look forward to returning to The Spanish Main in the future!

Lovely beach condo

Great location steps away from the beach. We could watch and listen to the waves from the balcony or walk out to the beach for a swim. We are already looking forward to coming back.

great stay

Great ocean front condo in Cocoa Beach. Loved sitting out on the balcony for coffee in the moring and at night feeling that great ocean breeze. Condo has everything you could possibly need including beach chairs that came in very handy. It is located a little over 1/2 mile to downtown and there are some great resturants within 5 minute walk.
