Unit was really rough and needing work. All items from previously posted photos remain as issues. Unit very limited on supplies such as only 4 coffee cups and 4 wash cloths. Couch needs replaced. You can hardly get off it.

Condo on the surface appeared clean at first glance but the ceiling was black with dirt above the vents. The door was ajar to the hot water heater closet and I have never seen so much dust clinging to the inside! The couches were broken and worn. The only positive was outside deck overlooking the ocean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I absolutely loved working remotely from this rental! Waking up to the sound of the ocean, watching the sunrise each morning, and then being able to walk just two minutes to the beach after work to decompress was truly amazing. The rental was perfect for what I needed—clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The kitchen had everything I needed, and I felt completely at home during my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside getaway that’s also great for remote work.

Great place for family!

We loved our stay here! Great little place for a family with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The only thing I would improve on is the master bed...pretty rough and very used. We hope to rent here again!

The condo was well stocked. It would be great for families cause it was large enough with 2 bathrooms, a washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. All kinds of beach supplies, toys for the kids, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Unit is in a great location close to all Amenities. Only negative is the mattress is hard and uncomfortable and the unit needs some refreshing. The base boards and caulking are lacking and there should be blackout curtains in the master bedroom because the Sun beats in early and the lights at night shine through.

This is a very nice place to stay, clean, friendly people, all the sand goodie’s you couldn’t ever need( chairs, toys, games, umbrellas, and beach towels) We loved it i would highly recommend this unit! Ps pool very clean and good location!

Cocoa Beach waterfront stay

Great location, beautiful view of the ocean. Condo was very clean and had 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice deck and hightop outdoor set. Very close to beach. Convenient parking. Very nice pool.

Very clean and right on the beach!

Very nice location, happy with the place. Only issue was the mattress was uncomfortable and the elevator broke down while we were there and being on the fourth floor was not great! The view was great and seeing a rocket launch was a bonus! Having some beach chairs and umbrellas offered with the place would have been great,addition, what was there in a closet was in rough shape. Overall, was pleased!

My granddaughter and her friend and myself had a wonderful time during our stay. The shops and pier were just minutes away and the food was spectacular. We were right on the beach! We will definitely be back!

Great view and easy walk to the beach

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. We would love to go back. The location is near everything, even walking to restaurants and shops, and especially to the sand. The view from the 4th floor was beautiful.

Nice and clean, quiet area. Decent view of the beach. Pool was nice and clean. Short boardwalk to the beach. Elevators and carts provided for luggage.
