It is great beach property! Everything you could possibly want to have a great vacation!The hightop table on the patio was a wonderful addition giving you a view over the dunes!

The prefect Beach vacation

We enjoyed walking and relaxing on the beach, swimming in the ocean and even back at the room we still had that million-dollar view of the ocean and the nice pool. Cocoa Beach is very low key with nice shops and restaurants.

Peaceful Stay!

We enjoyed our family of 4 getaway to Cocoa Beach! The condo was just as described and the location was perfect for us. Host checked in with us after check-in and during our stay, which was very nice. We would recommend!!!

Very large and roomy 2 bedroom with an ocean view. Everything is clean and well maintained. Easy access to the beach with a closet full of everything you need to have fun. All supplies lasted us all week. All calls were answered quickly.

This condo was absolutely amazing! The beach is steps away. It’s so comfortable and clean. We even extended our stay a day - which was so easy and complete 15 minutes after our request. We will stay here every time we come to Cocoa Beach. It’s centrally located near every place you’d want to be in town. I don’t have enough words for how much we enjoyed ourselves here!

Excellent Property

It was just as described. The condo was clean with a great layout and had all the amenities. The property manager was communicative and helpful. We had a lovely stay.
