Unit #304 is a very spacious (1,300 sf) & newly renovated ocean-view unit at one of Cocoa Beach's finest vacation destinations! Sandcastles is located right on the beach with exceptional complex amenities, and offers the space, privacy and exceptional location that will make for an unforgettable vacation!

This beautiful & luxurious beach condo is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway, or for a fun filled family vacation. Comfortable sleeping for 6 with all the comforts of your own home. A fully equipped and stocked kitchen, guest supplies, linens & towels. A beach view from the balcony, which faces directly towards Kennedy Space Center, is perfect for watching rocket launches!

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a spacious dining & living room. The master bedroom has a new king bed with a spacious walk in closet, ensuite washroom. The guest bedroom has 2 full beds, a closet. The living room has a comfortable sectional couch with a 55" TV. The condo has a laundry room with a full size W/D & a closet filled with beach accessories for your enjoyment.

Perfect getaway for my husband and me to relax. The beach was walking distance. We were able to use the beach wagon and beach chairs provided. Comfortable firm king size bed. Balcony next to a parking lot, but we could see the ocean and surfers in the morning.

Great location. Beach access and pool were perfect. Condo was roomy, clean and comfortable. Had some trouble getting the tv in living room to work Zaireh was wonderful responded immediately and had someone come to help.worked fine after that.would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Convenient location

Property was within short driving distance to places we wanted to visit. Beach access, pool and all the comforts of home, close to shopping as well, allowed us to enjoy are vacation without any hassles.

We’d definitely come back

This was a wonderful property with easy access to the beach AND pool. The only thing we hoped for was some fun restaurants or kid friendly places in walking distance.

Our family loved this condo plenty of room for everyone the kids were going to the beach and pool constantly. Property management was very responsive and friendly. Location is great direct beach access. Very close to good restaurants

Great family vacation

Easy check in, clean, pretty and thoughtful decorated. Right on the beach and great location to everything else. Washer and dryer available inside the apartment so you do not have to share with others in case you need to wash. Pool is small, but we did not cared about the pool. My family and I will definitely stay again there.

Comfortable beach front get away!

This property was great for our trip to the beach! The security was very assuring with a locked elevator and easy beach access with beach showers for easy clean up. The unit was very clean and the amenities were as describe and comfortable. We would definitely stay again! The only recommendation for the owners would be to replace the mattresses. Clean but not too comfortable. Great place to stay!

Lovely condo close to everything

This is a wonderful condo with plenty of space for the family, and great location directly on Cocoa Beach with private access. The beds are comfortable and lots of supplies to get you started. Beach supplies/chairs/umbrellas available for use as well. Close to eateries, shopping, space museum and state parks.

The condo was as advertized. It was clean and neatly appropriated. The issue was the contruction site next door. The noise began around 7:45 am and went to 5:00pm. They were driving pylons into the ground next door. Even on Saturday. The noise could be heard on the beach. Nothing wrong with the condo, just the noise next door,

Excellent Choice

We were a family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. We enjoyed the vacation location and the condo rented at Sandcastles. The condo was exactly as pictured. They had a nice pool area and easy access to the beach. The property outside was kept very clean. Many stores close by for virtually anything you may need. Zareh, who rented us the condo, was quick to reply to a question we had. Zareh was also very professional and welcoming. Check-in was easy. A code for the door was sent and in we went. I had no complaints what-so-ever. I would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce condo. Tout était parfait, la propreté, les équipements, l’endroit, etc. Vous pensez peut-être que tous les condos de Sandcastles sont biens et je vous comprends, mais le nôtre avait quelque chose que les autres condos n’ont pas: ZAREH. Le service est extraordinaire et nous sommes déja entrain de prévoir notre prochain séjour à Cocoa Beach et ce sera dans le condo # 304 assurément !

Best condo we have found

We love staying at Sandcastles! The layout of the unit is just what we like and it is always very simple to check in and out. The unit had all that we needed in terms of dishes, silverware, linens, and appliances. I would stay here again.
