Welcome to this brand-new, stunning 4-story home that combines modern amenities, elegant finishes, and breathtaking views. Ideally situated in a prime location, this home provides the perfect balance of sophistication and comfort.

Upon entering the first floor, you'll find a keypad lock for easy access, a sitting and a two-car garage for convenient parking.

The second floor features elegant white marble floors throughout the living area and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes brand-new stainless-steel appliances, a double oven, toaster, coffee pot, and full-size fridge. The living room boasts a 65" TV and a double-sided fireplace to create a cozy ambiance. Bedroom 1 offers a luxurious queen bed with ample closet space, and a full bathroom with a tub. A fully stocked linen closet is also available for your convenience.

The third floor has wood floors that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. This level includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, an additional white marble bathroom with a tub, and three bedrooms. Bedroom 2 features a spacious king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 is ideal for families with double bunk beds (three twins and one full) and a full-length closet. Bedroom 4 is generously sized with a king bed and two double closets.

The fourth floor is designed for relaxation and enjoyment with a comfortable sitting area and access to a rooftop wrap-around patio offering stunning views. A second kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge, microwave, and stove, while tile flooring ensures easy maintenance. The outdoor space includes an outdoor gas grill, an L-shaped couch, and lounge chairs for al fresco dining.

Great house, exactly like the pictures. Everything clean. Great location. Easy to walk to the beach and to the boardwalk.Yes, across the street is a motel, but this is par for the course when it comes to Seaside. My only complaint about that is that my 2-year-old desperately wanted to swim in the motel pool lolSomething not mentioned is the location of the firehouse (1 block away) and the siren... it's LOUD if you're outside, but it went off surprisingly few times. I definitely plan to book another trip here next year.

Seaside Stay

It is very spacious, exactly as described. Perfect for a large family. We would love to stay here again. As far as the questionable motel across the street as mentioned in the other two reviews. That wasn't a concern of our group, none of those guests ever bothered us or caused a nuisance. It's seaside heights so questionable hotels/motels are a given in the area. The space/location overall is great, and made everything convenient, especially with the 2 car garage parking.

roof deck alone is worth the trip

a family trip with ages 13-50 and all enjoyed the property. the house is well appointed, clean, spacious and thoughtfully decorated to allow for a party vibe and also to chill on a rainy day. we lived in the roof deck. bbq area should be a bit more robust for a large group but the second upstairs kitchen helped make it work. walk to beach and boardwalk. a bit of a sketchy hotel across the street but hey it’s seaside lol. would definitely recommend the property for a large family or group of friends. good value for the $

Beautiful home, terrible hotel across street

The home was not well equipped no soap in a few bathrooms , no extra toilet paper , paper towels, only one towel per person when stayed for 3 nights, no pillow cases on pillows , no bathroom floor mates for when you get out of shower. The hotel across street was a Shack falling apart seemed to be occupied by homeless people police scene at hotel was very scary and people hanging outside all night long making noise!
