New Home at Base of Winter Park Ski Resort

Come enjoy all Winter Park has to offer this winter! Located in the heart of Old Town, walking distance to Winter Park Resort's ski slopes and Base Village, you'll feel right at home in this well-equipped, modern mountain home.

Completed in January 2021, the home features 3 bedrooms/4 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 10 people. The third floor has an open concept living space, which provides enough room for everyone to relax after a long day of winter or summer activities. The home boasts impressive mountain views, a hot tub overlooking the ski slopes, a gas fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen. Additional features include high-quality built-ins, multiple decks, a natural gas grill off the kitchen (no need for propane refills), whole house humidification system, blackout shades in bedrooms, and heated garage with ski/bike storage. The house has WIFI, as well as an office area with a built-in desk, computer monitor, and wireless printer. The home and hot tub are professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each stay.

The home has 3 reserved parking exterior spots. *Take a 10 minute walk or short bus ride to the base of the Winter Park Resort to experience all the mountain has to offer year round. The Old Town shuttle stop is just 150 yards away. A family-owned, full service ski rental shop, Alpine Sun, is also a short walk away, directly across from the shuttle stop. The town of Winter Park is only a 5-minute drive or free shuttle away, with additional restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.

We had the absolutely best time in Winter Park and fell in love with this home and will DEFINITELY come back again. The host was outstanding ! Super fast to respond, knowledgeable, kind and wonderful to work with! It’s an absolutely gorgeous home. The living area is open concept and with an updated gorgeous decor, with walls of windows surrounding the living area. Everything was super clean, the kitchen had everything we could ever think of needing and all high quality. The beds were So comfortable. The location is amazing too. Within minutes we were at the slopes and the ski village and also just a short walk away from a great restaurant we visited several times. We have stayed at several places in Winter Park and this was by far our favorite !

wonderful home

This home was so well stocked and perfect for 2 families to stay here with kids. They had plenty of toys and games. It was so nice to have bathrooms stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. I have stayed at many rentals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views from the home were awesome and we loved watching the people coming down the mountain. It is a trek up the hill to the resort though, but it was fun sliding down the hill after a day of skiing. The hosts were super easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfection...

This is our 2nd time spending NYE in WinterPark and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this property. The booking and check-in process was simple and seamless. Julia was wonderful to work with from start to finish, very responsive and accommodating. This property is every bit as beautiful and clean as in the pictures, you won’t be disappointed. Stunning views, great location, FULLY stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean hot tub and ample living space to spread out. You’ve truly thought of every detail to make your home feel like a home for us. While not “technically” ski-in/ski-out, a short “adventurous” climb up the hill across the street provides you direct access to the lifts and ski school, just follow the steps of those before you on the way up and have fun riding or sliding on the way down. Thank you Julia & Tyler for sharing your home with us, we absolutely loved every minute and can’t wait to come back.

No Regrets! A Wonderful Home and Great Experience

This home and our experience with the owners truly deserved the 5 stars we gave! The booking and check-in process was simple and seamless. Julia was very responsive and accommodating. The home was every bit as beautiful and clean as in the pictures. It's a beautiful home and met our expectations in every way. No regrets! No buyer's remorse! My wife and I took our 4 young adult children and our daughter-in-law for a holiday skiing and snowmobiling vacation. The home had plenty of room to sleep and relax very comfortably. It's located with easy access to Winter Park ski resort and all the amenities in town. While not ski-in/ski-out, there was simple and quick access to and from the lifts. We did actually ski right back to the house, but had to ski over the train tracks and down a short hill....kind of fun...but probably not the way to go with young children. Nonetheless, the shuttle stop is very close by and a simple, short walk. Nothing to be concerned about. We had a great experience! Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Mountain Home

The house is stunning! Perfect for multi-generational families. The home has plenty of amenities(the kids really loved the hot tub), immaculately clean, easy to follow house instructions and best of all, walking distance to the base of the mountain. The kids had so much fun and adults were able to relax in the oversized living area next to the fireplace. We really just loved this place! By far, one of our favorite mountain stays. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you Julia and Tyler for a wonderful Winter Park vacation!

Perfect place

The owners of the property were very helpful to us in making our plans for our trip and there was a very helpful booklet there when we arrived. I loved that there was a garage space for our rental car as well as storage for our skis and boards. The property is situated very close to the Gemeni lift but there is a little hill to climb to get there. Not a big deal for the young ones but if we didn't want to do that there is a shuttle stop close by. Super easy coming off the mountain as we were able to ski down the hill almost to the front door. This property was perfect for our boys trip and would be even better for 2 families with children. Plenty of space and very comfortable. We always travel with an Apple TV & Nintendo Switch which worked out wonderfully as the house is fully equipped to connect any gaming or streaming devices you have. Beds super comfy after a long day on the mountain and the living room / kitchen area are so welcoming with gas fireplace and cozy couches. We made several meals and the owners had all the necessary tools for us as well as nice clean BBQ. We will definitely be renting this property again in the near future! One point I would make is that the living area is on the 3rd floor and since the property is above 9k feet we did get a little winded when we first got there running up 3 flights. I mention this simply as a detail that you might want to consider if you were bringing grandparents to the property. This is a top tier property that I would highly recommend to anyone headed to Winter Park.

This property was stunning! It has beautiful views, is in a great location, and has everything you could think of needing on the interior. The home was beautifully decorated, cozy, and clean. The hosts were welcoming and quick to respond - we will definitely be back!

Best place we have EVER stayed!

Absolutely Amazing! Not only is it a block from the shuttle, the views are breathtaking of the mountains and you can watch the skiers make their runs while you drink coffee in the kitchen. The condo has all the special details for a great vacation- the hot tub, the fireplace, the 3 balconies with spectacular views, a huge pantry, TVs in every room, and the biggest mud room to accommodate all of your “ski stuff.” I cannot think of anything that would make this place any better. Seriously.
