Cream City historical brick building with incredible views of signature landmarks of Walkers Point. Cozily designed space by interior designer to make a romantic getaway or personal solo retreat to concentrate on your higher purpose.
Very safe building and walking distance from foodie restaurants, breweries, jazz clubs, and the famed Iron Horse hotel.
A perfect getaway for you and yours.
Very sunny, cozy and inspiring space to be in. You may not want to leave!
Walk to coffee, boutiques, jazz club, Iron Horse hotel, brewery, food trucks.
5 min ride to Third ward, the Lake, Marquette and Downtown.
Workout center on bottom floor also!
You can use the workout room in the building, on the lowest level. Pictured in photos.
I am available at anytime during your stay and enjoy helping or answering any questions you may have.

The apartment is close to bridal shops, MKE boot company, Soup Brothers, Iron Horse Hotel, a Pattiserre, a cider company, Mobcraft brewery, Caroline’s Jazz Club,
2nd street restaurants and bars , 6th street restaurants and bars, the Harley Davidson Museum, downtown, the Third Ward, Marquette, etc!
This comes with a parking spot which is located on the side of the apartment...just steps from the door.
Lots of paid parking meters around town and also free 2 hour parking.
Or...use an Uber or Lyft.
If booking is cancelled after 24 hours of booking, we will keep 3% of the payment due to charges acquired by issuing the refund.
