Updated, spacious, urban and minutes from downtown. Classic, modern, industrial decor. Bright and clean. Great walking score of 80 (very walkable). Lakefront Brewery .4 miles (8-minute walk) & Brady Street .3 miles (7-minute walk).
The 1st-floor unit walks up 3 steps.
There's a private side entrance(electronic keypad) for this unit. Parking needs please refer to "street parking notes".

The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances. New large screen smart TV with high-speed WIFI. This building consists of two other units one which is an Airbnb and the rear unit is a long term tenant so please be courteous with your noise level as they will do the same.

** This flat can be combined with the upper flat. This would create six bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two kitchens. This could then accommodate up to 12 guests
