The Maison de l'Océan is located on the border of Châtelaillon-Plage and Angoulins sur mer, at a place called "Saint Jean des Sables". Very close to the sea, 100 m from the beaches, this recent twin house located on a main property of 270m2 fully fenced, will seduce you with all its qualities and services.

Built in March 2015 and furnished in a contemporary seaside style, this holiday home benefits from all the comforts and very good services.

The 2 large bedrooms of 12 and 14m2 are each offered with 1 bed of 140, a large dressing room and a desk.

A 1-seater bed can be added as an option in a room on request for a flat rate of 35€ (also possibility to put a cot and a high chair as an option).

Each bedroom has a bay window that provides direct access to the large south-facing wooden terrace.
The terrace is totally private to the house.

A large room of about 30m2 opening onto the terrace and composed of a fully equipped American kitchen with built-in oven, microwave oven, hob, extractor, built-in fridge and freezer, stainless steel sink, dishwasher, Tassimo, kettle, coffee maker, etc.. and many storage cupboards with all the usual crockery and kitchen utensils. The dining room is offered with a large table and chairs.
The living area has a sofa bed, 2 armchairs and a coffee table.
An 82cm LED television is equipped with TNT.
WIFI is available throughout the house.
The bathroom is made in a contemporary style and has a king-size shower and a bathtub.
In its laundry area, a washing machine is at your disposal.
The toilets are independent.

As for bedding and household linen, the following elements are included in the rental price:
- 2 duvets
- 2 mattress protectors
- 4 pillows
- 4 pillow protectors
- Kitchen towels
- Napkins

The following items can be provided as an option with a cleaning package of €35 per room:
- Full sheets
- Towels

The house complies with the BBC standard, thus allowing the rooms to be kept cool for the night during the summer period.

The swimming pool is 7m long (1.5m deep) and is shared by the 2 twin houses (see the "Maison des Sables")

Its use is fully secured by a roller shutter is strongly recommended. The water is heated to 28° between June 20 and August 31. (The water temperature can of course vary depending on the air temperature.

You can also use the large private wooden terrace to your house and facing south which is equipped with sunbeds.
Meals can be taken on the terrace facing the pool and you have a lounge with table, chairs, parasol and a BBQ.

If you like cycling, you can make the most of the many cycle paths, one of which passes right in front of the house (Velodyssée between La Rochelle and Rochefort)

A pedestrian walkway closed by an automated gate with remote control will allow you to access the house via a courtyard where your bicycles, strollers etc. can be safely stored.

The mistress of the house, who practices organic gardening on the neighbouring property, will be pleased to offer you her seasonal vegetables and fruits (subject to availability)

3 different beaches are accessible by a small path passing just 100 meters from the house!
