Great host. Very Nice house. No use of garage. Teflon Cook pans very worn out. Bbq falling apart but works well. Front door lock finicky but after replacing batteries works ok. Overall good stay, nice house. Actually duplex but can’t tell inside. Wil stay there again.

Our family really enjoyed this house graduation weekend! It fit so many people and was exactly as described. Tons of bedrooms and space, and the ping pong downstairs was a hit. The location was also great!

Very comfortable home! Super clean, quiet neighborhood. Our stay was 3 nights and it worked well for our small group. We ate out in the community for our evening meals. If you had a larger group, and wanted to cook at home, you would definitely need a few more dishes.

Stayed 4 nights while fishing the local waters. Duplex is fairly new, it was clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. Lots of the basic for cooking was really helpful. Quality and comfort for the price point was excellent.Down side, why it wasn’t a 5 rating: WiFi was very slow, Not enough seating for six people up stairs, the couches have a board/brace between the cushions preventing one from sitting comfortably in the middle. Two of us had to sit at the table. Handrails are needed for the stairs both sides.I recommend and would rent again if needed in the future.Oh ya, the fishing was excellent!

Great stay in perfect spot!

My family and I had a great stay in Dillon. The property manager, Rachel, was kind and communicative. The house was perfect for our large group of eight, and we loved the large kitchen and comfortable living room with its beautiful views. The bathroom products were great, too!
