Come escape from it all and relax in this modern 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, private gulf front balcony with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. In unit washer/dryer. Spectacular sunsets, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance at an unbelievable gulf front property conveniently located in the heart of Treasure Island.

Perfect Spot

This was a last minute lucky grab! The location could not be more prefect. Close to lots of the attractions of the area and this is a hidden gem for sure. Mattresses "could be" updated but the unit was exactly as expected and we will be back!

Great stay in a beautiful location

The condo was better than we expected. The photos make the living room look small but it was perfect for our family! The space was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great, right on the beach and close to restaurants and stores. The balcony was amazing and we had beautiful sunset views! The pool was small but perfect for us and we even enjoyed the hot tub even though it was hot out. Jarrett, at the front desk, was very helpful. We can’t wait to come back.

Great location!

Nice condo in a great location. Walking distance to almost everything in Treasure Island. Clean unit with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing in Treasure Island

Great location and beautiful view of the beach and short walk to the beach. Also had a walkway between the condo and the beach for jogging, walking, or going to restaurants. Publix 5 minute walk away. Clean condo, and room for 3 or 4 people. Would be tight with more people staying. Deck was great for sitting outside and viewing the ocean. The only thing I did not like is very little counter space in either bathroom, and little storage in the bathrooms. Was fine for a week, but could not have dealt with it for a much longer stay. Would have given it a 5 except for that issue.

great spot - issues with last minute swap

overall: smaller complex so not too crowded, plenty of room at the pool. location is superb, plenty of room on the beach, close to everything. Public parking right next door if you have guests, Publix 2min drive. Only caveat would be privacy. Beautiful balcony overlooking the gulf but Can hear everyones conversations. small price to pay for the view! Unit: I researched all units and booked unit 603 (4months in advance) because I wanted to be on the top floor. Printed out confirmation day before heading out. Upon arrival was told owner decided he wanted to use the unit...very disappointing to say the least. Units are all pretty much identical so I wasn't going to let it ruin my vacation Overall impression: Great spot on the beach and I would return. Anita at the desk was apologetic about the last minute swap and however I would strongly encourage renters to avoid #603...Guy has no regard for rental agreements! Rent one of the other units

Perfect for brief get-away

We spent 2 nights here for brief weekday beach fix. When at the beach, we don't spend much time inside the condo or at the pool, but when inside, it was quite comfortable. The pool area is small, but appeared to be very clean. We were mostly on the beach and balcony. Great location. Beautiful sunsets. Folks at front desk were very friendly and helpful!

Great short stay

My girlfriend and another couple rented this place for a short getaway. The location, views of the ocean, sunset etc were amazing. It was a great time. Only thing I would advise, if you plan on cooking, may want to bring some of your own essentials. I planned ahead, which was good because while functional, it could use some equipment

Amazing!

Check in was super easy, front desk was very nice and helpful. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the beach and water. It was quiet and relaxing. Within walking distance to restaurants and the grocery store. We enjoyed our stay here very much! I highly recommend it to anyone!!! Love love loved it!

First beach trip in over a year was much needed

Surf Beach Resort was a great location for us. Unit 603 has a great view and you get a wonderful sunset view from the balcony! Well maintained property. Tom, the maintenance man was super nice. Valerie in the front office area was great to work with. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it by a day since the unit was available! Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. ( I came home with all clean clothes! No laundry to wade through after vacation!) Kitchen is small but I was relaxing, nto cooking for a large group. Met the needs of our group for fixing breakfast items and sandwiches and reheating leftovers. Has a standard coffee maker. Location was easily walk-able to several restaurants. We walked to dinner every night but one. One tip - parking spaces are tight. If you drive a regular size car you will do okay. If you drive a larger vehicle, you will struggle with the parking spaces. Otherwise, I would definitely book this location again for a future trip. There is a Publix and a Walgreens within walking distance as well.
