This beautiful home is centrally located in the Greenwood Forest section of Sea Pines. This home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. This home allows quick access to all of the amenities of Sea Pines while still providing privacy and serenity for a relaxing stay.

This wonderful home has 2 master en suits, one downstairs and the other upstairs. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a bathroom. The back yard is cozy and relaxing. The wooden deck has a table with seating for 4, while the screened in porch provides plenty of other comfortable seating for relaxing after a day at the beach or community pool. There is also a gas BBQ grill for guest use.

PETS ALLOWED: We welcome your 1 Large well-behaved Dog (50+ lbs), or 2 Small well-behaved Dogs. If there is damage due to pet, we may collect funds from you to replace/correct damage.

PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles). You will need to purchase a parking pass upon entry to the Resort ($25 cash/week for each vehicle)

THE AREA: The home is located in the Greenwood Forest Subdivision, the neighborhood community pool (open seasonally from April 15 - October 15) is located nearby along with a basketball court, tennis court and a playground. Just before you reach the community pool area that is within a three minute walk from the home, there is a path that walkers and bikes can take to the Shoppes of Sea Pines and this path is also a shortcut to Harbour Town. The beach, shopping, dining, local entertainers, water sports, horseback riding, golf, tennis, lagoons, wild life, nature preserves, South Beach Marina and Harbour Town are all located a short bike ride away from the home. Come and enjoy all that Sea Pines Plantation and 88 Forest Drive have to offer making this the perfect vacation. During season there is a complimentary trolley that transports guests to the attractions within the Sea Pines Resort.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 1 mile away from the beach. You can utilize the walking/bike paths to the beach for the ~25 minute walk or ~7 minute bike ride. The Beach Trolley shuttle is also a great seasonal option.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

Hilton Head Paradise

My children and I and our friends enjoyed the wonderful restaurants, the local scenery, Harbour Town and the beach and bike trails. The house was amazing and we can’t wait to visit there again.

Great house!

This is a lovely home in a quiet shaded neighborhood in Sea Pines. We loved all the king size beds, and the bunk room was perfect for the kids. Just a few minutes walk to the shopping center. Host was a great communicator.

Had a great stay in a nice quiet community. We enjoyed our daily walks and the home was perfect for our small group. Will definitely look at coming back. We had no issues with the home and appreciated the prompt reply by our host when we ever we had a question!

Thanksgiving reunion

Very impressed with this property and all of the little details that make time away a joy! With our undertaking of preparing a huge Thanksgiving feast in a rental property we were impressed! From the hand soap in each bathroom to the crock pot to the beach toys...amazing property. Furniture and beds were very comfortable, plenty of seating and the screened in porch was a bonus!

Consistent Quality In Sea Pines

This was our second time staying at Laura’s property. Each year we spend Thanksgiving in Hilton Head and are excited when this property is available. For a family of 5-6, it’s the perfect amount of space while not feeling overwhelmingly large. One of the big selling points is the location. Biking to South Beach takes less than 10 min and Harbourtown is easily accessible. At the same time, the property is private and quiet so you get the benefits of being at the beach without the noise and chaos that can accompany oceanfront stays. We look forward to being able to book with Laura in the future

Friends wedding & vacation

Space in property was what we were looking for and location was perfect. Was close to what we wanted to do so could ride bikes or walk. The bedroom with bunk beds tough to use as window in ceiling so light would wake you up very early. Kitchen also not stocked as well as expected. We easily worked around both but could have planned better if had known. Would stay here again if in the area.

Enjoyed the stay!

Property was as advertised, maybe a little better even. Common areas inside are bigger than they looked on listings. Didn’t really use deck or porch. Having four bedrooms, three with kings, was great as we had three couples and an infant. Laura was very responsive always responding to our many many inquiries about this and that. Location is very convenient. Dishwasher was on the Fritz; Laura gave us a credit. Otherwise a no-issue stay.

Family vacation at Hilton Head

The description of the property and location were very accurate. It was perfect for my family of 6 adults and two 2-year old grandsons. I really enjoyed the amenities such as as the garage parking, beach towels, chairs and beach toys. The kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of room to spread out in the kitchen/dining area and the living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nicely sized. We were able to rent bikes and ride the bike paths to the beach. Enjoyed the beach that was inside this gated community. You have to pay in cash for the weekly pass into the gated community ($20). I would stay here again. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly but the host was on top of it and offered to send someone out right away.

Everything you need

This home was everything we needed for lots of great holiday memory making! The kitchen was fully stocked and allowed us to make all of our favorite Christmas recipes while away from home. We also enjoyed grilling, although it was a little too cold in the evenings to eat outside sadly. That being said, having the enclosed deck available was so nice for my kids to snuggle up in blankets while we enjoyed a peaceful morning cup of coffee. Laura really thought of everything! The neighborhood itself is quiet and felt very safe. Even though it rained the first 24 hours straight after we arrived, it did not matter because there were plenty of games and puzzles available to keep everyone occupied. Along with Roku streaming on every tv. Allowing our dog to stay with us was also a huge benefit and much appreciated as she loved taking long walks around the private neighborhood and seeing the beach for the first time! We were just a short bike ride away from Salty Dog and Harbor Town, which we visited frequently. We could have rode our bikes to the beach as well, but chose to drive instead so our pup could come too. Sea Pines Beach club was very convenient to get to and parking was free in the off-season. The home also came with all the sand toys and chairs my kids needed. Would definitely stay here again for another family vacation!

Small Things Mean Everything

Overall nice furnishing, King size beds were a plus! However, I kept stealing the duvet because it was fitted for a queen. In master bathroom you could see several places were the paint was touched up and went around electrical outlet, paint splatter on skylight, large vent in hallway was thick with dust, large cobwebs in corners of room, rusted can ceiling light in shower. Visible dog hair in shag rug. No Cable TV. Kept blowing a fuse getting ready at night for dinner/ couldn’t have upstair blow dryer & MBath blow dryer with air conditioning kicking on. Coffee maker light came on/ it as it needed to a cleaned.Cabinets do not have rubber stoppers and therefore bang when close. Clothes Dryer Never worked! Apparently previous Guest broke it and nothing was mentioned. Too late to get repair man during our stay. We had clothes hanging thru out the hone to dry. Our Jeans took 4 days to dry. This was a huge convenience. We came back to the house early only to wait an hour for the homeowner not to show up, we were instructed to take pictures of make and model of unit for homeowner. If I was an owner I would have a manual with all serial make model numbers available. We inquired about Bikes, was told not included but later was a code on our instructions for bikes. I guess I have higher expectation. The screened patio was lovely but again a good cleaning on the hanging candles. Again little things mean everything!

Relaxing Destination Thanksgiving

Really enjoyed our stay at this property (and my third stay in Hilton Head). My wife grew up celebrating Thanksgiving on the island and we’ve recently resumed that tradition, this time at 88 Forest Drive. Finding a dog-friendly rental in Hilton Head at the holidays is always a challenge, but this was the perfect set-up. There was enough yard and greenery to let our dogs out in a fenced-in area and plenty of walking trails to get their (and our) exercise. Getting to the beach and Harbor Town is incredibly easy, especially using the provided bikes. We prefer homes in neighborhoods like Greenwood to ocean-front properties, so this was a great find. Using a door code helped ensure a smooth check-in process and avoided the hassle of having to pick up/drop off a key. The living room was spacious enough for our group of 6 and the dining room table had just enough chairs for everyone at Thanksgiving dinner. If this place is available during the time frame of our next trip, we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you, Laura!

Great property and neighborhood

Could not have been more perfect for my family vacation. Clean and well equipped, beautiful wooded setting in a private and convenient location. We have been to sea pines many times but never stayed in this Area before. Hope to come back to Greenwood Forest! Also, seamless check in and check out experience.

Clean, comfortable house with easy access to all Hilton Head has to offer. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect vacation in Hilton Head. The house had everything we could have needed or wanted and it was located on a quiet street close to everything on the island. The spacious accommodations, including a screened in porch, open porch, fire pit, etc, was perfect for our family. The house was spotless and comfortable. We definitely plan to return again to this location. There wasn’t a single issue, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.

Lovely Private Location

This was a roomy property with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 7, including family and friends. House inside was clean, bright, and easy to navigate. Washer and dryer came in very handy for beach towels, etc. Close to trails for walking and biking. Owner was very helpful with suggestions for activities and restaurants. Kitchen well-stocked for cooking. This location made a very busy island during the height of tourist season seem quiet and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family get together!

We arrived to a great house! Perfect for our family-2 teen boys, 3 adult children and 2 parents! Plenty of space, clean and well stocked with paper goods, containers, silverware, etc The location was very convenient to both Sea Pines activities and local restaurants. A wonderful family trip!

Great House, Great Amenities, Great Location

Wonderful and roomy house in a nice quiet setting but close to all of the property offerings. Owner provided bikes, beach chairs, toiletries, detergents, you name it, it was there so you don’t have to buy it or pack it in. Everything was very clean and the screened porch is a wonderful space to relax. Would definitely recommend and rent again. Thanks for sharing your home.
