Welcome to 2 Mallard in the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island! This spacious home is on a quiet, family friendly street, with a neighborhood feel.
Accommodations:
This home features 3 bedrooms + a loft bedroom. The downstairs has 1 Master Queen, with en suite bath, 1 bedroom with Twin bunk beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single Twin beds. The 2 twin bedrooms share a hall bath, with tub/shower combo. There is 1 King & 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft bedroom, with en suite bath.
Living Spaces:
There is a large living area that is set up like a game room.
Outdoor:
The pool/spa area is very private from all sides and includes outdoor dining, BBQ, and relaxing sun loungers poolside . This is a great home for children and pets, due to the fully fenced back yard. Pool (able to be heated for additional charge)

One had extensive experience in second home maintenance, another had served as a customer service representative for over 1400 individuals, the third was a visionary who brought the team together, and fourth had over 30 years of real estate marketing experience for the properties now in their rental program.
