Superb apartment of approximately 85m², for 4 people, newly renovated, comprising an entrance hall, a living room furnished with a sofa, armchairs, and a TV, and a dining area opening onto a 10m² terrace with ocean views and an awning; a separate, fully equipped kitchen including an induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and sink with drainer. A small laundry room with a washing machine, clothes rack, and storage unit; a bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 90cm mattresses and bases), and a wardrobe; a bedroom with a double bed (160cm x 160cm), and a wardrobe; a shower room with a walk-in shower, sink, and heated towel rail; and a separate WC.

A lift with half-floor stairs is available.

You also have a private parking space and a communal area for bicycle parking.

Cleaning is €65 per service.

As part of this rental, you can subscribe to several services:
