A 95-square-meter luxury apartment, fully renovated by an interior designer, in a quiet residence right in the heart of Royan. Just cross the street to reach the beach.
Located on the 10th floor (2 elevators), the apartment offers unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean, the Cordouan Lighthouse, and the city of Royan from every room.
The apartment features 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6) with:
- A master suite with a 160-size double bed, bathroom, walk-in closet, and TV
- A bedroom with a 140-size double bed and a large closet
- A bedroom with two single beds and a closet.
The sleeping area is complemented by a separate toilet, a second bathroom (walk-in shower), and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
The rest of the apartment consists of a dining area, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, and a large, bright living room with a TV that opens onto a terrace where you can enjoy your meals (tables and chairs provided) while admiring the ocean and the Cordouan Lighthouse.
The apartment also features a private storage room on the first floor for bicycles and windsurf boards, as well as a locked garage located a 3-minute walk away (free parking is also available around the residence).
Linens are not included in the price but can be provided, and the beds can be made upon request. Duvets and pillows are available.
Beach and/or pool towels are available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams).
The accommodations are not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and pets are not allowed.
All shops are within walking distance: a mini-market, pharmacy, and bakery are just a 1-minute walk away, and the playground is 50 meters away. Downtown Royan and all its shops are a 3-minute walk away. The harbor is a 2-minute walk away. Royan’s central market is a 7-minute walk away.
The Royan Thalasso is a 10-minute walk or a 4-minute bike ride away. The fitness trail begins just past Foncillon Beach, heading toward the Thalasso.
Other services will be available upon request, such as bike rentals, catering, beach towels, and/or other amenities.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement très confortable et très bien équipéVue sur mer imprenable depuis plusieurs pièces Emplacement très pratique : 30 mètres de la plage,200 mètres d’une supérette et d’une boulangerie, 300 mètres du port et de ses cafés restos,500 mètres des hallesTout y était !Petit hic: le box voiture pas assez grand pour une grosse voiture avec des véhicules mal garés ne facilitant pas les manœuvres !Heureusement beaucoup de places de parking gratuites autour !

Superbe appartement, encore mieux que sur les photos. Vue magnifique, équipement au top , garage , abri vélo , en ville , face a la plage....que demander de plus ....merci également a "la conciergerie a la hauteur" de Royan pour sa prestation au top !! A bientôt peut être. Thierry.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce magnifique appartement, la seule chose que je souhaite préciser c’est ma déception du fait de l’annonce vue à 360 degrés, très belle vue mais pas à 360 degrés.

Madame, Contente que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour chez nous et trouvé l'appartement magnifique. Cependant, désolée que vous soyez déçue par notre annonce. Il est vrai que l'appartement n'est pas juste un plateau entouré de fenêtres. Ce que nous avons voulu expliquer, en intitulant notre annonce "360°baie de ROYAN", c'est que de l'appartement vous voyez l'ensemble de la baie et de la plage de la Grande Conche jusqu'à Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, toute la ville de Royan avec une vue imprenable sur l'église Notre Dame et le port , le Verdon, la plage de Foncillon juste devant l'appartement, le phare de Cordouan, Pontaillac et le début de Saint-Palais et ce sans aucun vis à vis. Nous avons d'ailleurs essayé de publier les photos les plus fidèles possible . Au plaisir de vous revoir. Isabelle Bruneau

Un appartement avec vue

L' appartement est magnifique et conforme aux photos. Il est très bien équipé ! La vue est magnifique, nous avons pu apprécier les couches de soleil ! Les propriétaires sont réactifs en cas de soucis. La plage et les commerces sont très proches. Tout peut être fait à pied. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Sarah

Parfait!

Appartement très spacieux, très propre, clair, arrangé avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé. Literie en excellente état. Vue à 360° extraordinaire. Situation idéale pour aller à pied dans le centre de Royan et pour se promener le long de la côte par le chemin des douaniers. Ligne de bus au pied de l'immeuble. Accueil bienveillant de la part de Gaëlle. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour.
