Emerald Beach - 12th floor w/private balcony

Enjoy a perfect vacation at our Emerald Beach Resort condo: Casa de Palmeras (Palm House).

The Palm House condo offers one bedroom and one bath on the breathtaking 12th floor of one of the most popular resorts in Panama City Beach. The condo has many new upgrades such as appliances, flooring, a new sofa and loveseat, upgraded mattresses, bedding, TVs, and ceiling fans.

Sleeping for 6 is available on the king size bed in the master bedroom, on the trundle bed with a pull out plus a sleeper sofa in the living area. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. And don't forget one of the best parts of the Palm House condo is what you see outside the glass doors just off the living room: a private balcony with superb views of the sand, water and sunsets.

Our condo also offers easy access with keyless entry and no check-in process. You'll go right to the condo to start your vacation!

There is a one time $25 registration fee paid directly to the resort for your entire stay.

BONUS: we include beach towels and beach chairs in our condo for your use.

Now, why is Emerald Beach one of the most sought after in the area? It is a beautiful resort featuring first class amenities including

- Three Pools - One pool is beach side with a hot tub and Tiki Bar and 2 pools are at a fantastic pool complex across the Sky Bridge and feature a fun children's splash pool, play area and hot tub

- The one and only Sky Bar on the Sky Bridge is offers adult fun with views and special functions such as wine tastings, happy hour, karaoke, etc.

- Complimentary Fitness Center- Children's activities (seasonal)

Lots of Beachfront Restaurants are within walking distance - Runaway Island, Sharkey's, Barefoot Beach Club, Salvatore's. And Pier Park is less than a mile from the condo.

My daughter and I had such a great girls trip. Brenda was very helpful with places for us to eat etc. Condo was just as described, very clean with amazing ocean front views. Would stay here again if we ever come back to PCB.

Beautiful condo and view!!

My family and I enjoyed our vacation at this condo!! We were surprised when we arrived that the condo has actually been updated compared to the photos listed. The only thing we wish they upgraded was the king bed Mattress. It was worn out and not the most comfortable. The view from the balcony was just beautiful. My family loved hanging out on the balcony..especially at sunset. Brenda was very helpful with allowing us to check in early and help us with our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Anniversary Trip

We had the best time. The owner Brenda was wonderful with instructions, checking to see how we were doing. Easy to reach if we had any questions or issues. We had no problems. Navigating parking to getting to condo was so easy. Condo was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view and close to so many places. We loved the ice cream that shop right outside our door. Very highly recommend. We will stay there again.

Condo was in a great location within walking distance to amenities. Loved the option of 3 pools. Staff were all very nice & accommodating. Elevators were very quick & the room did not lack anything we needed. Would definitely recommend & rebook

Absolutely amazing!

Our stay here was phenomenal! We were on our honeymoon and Brenda worked to get us in a little early and had a bottle of champagne waiting for us. The condo was incredibly clean and absolutely gorgeous with breathtaking views. I would more than recommend staying here. It was the perfect spot! Thank you so much!!

Great summer break

My husband and I had a few days to go to the beach and couldn’t have picked a better place! We had a lovely view from the balcony and enjoyed watching the waves. The super fast elevator got us right to the beach for an early morning walk. We just rented chairs and an umbrella for our wonderful day at the shore. We can’t wait to go back!!

Hello from the Warren Family! We have loved traveling together over the years. As a family we have been everywhere from the beaches to the ski slopes, enjoying big cities and rural settings around the world. Since we enjoy our vacations so much, it made sense for our next step to be owning a few vacation condos for ourselves and to share with others.
We have stayed in all kinds of places, from hotels to Hobbit holes, and of course a fair share of condos. We’ve found in our travels that condos always seem to have the homiest feel to them. We’ve poured our experiences, knowledge, and of course personal touch into each of our condos. We have tried to provide every amenity you might need for a relaxing and enjoyable time.
